An actuator includes a movable body provided with a magnet, a support body provided with a case and a coil assembly, a connecting body to be connected to the movable body and the support body, and a magnetic drive circuit. The coil assembly includes a first plate. The case includes a first case member, and a second case member. The coil assembly is positioned in a Z direction by fitting a protruding plate portion protruding from an edge of the first plate to an outer peripheral side into a first cutout concave portion provided in an edge of the first case member, and a second cutout concave portion provided in an edge of the second case member, and abutting a curved portion provided on an edge of each of the cutout concave portions against the protruding plate portion from both sides in the Z direction.

Actuator for vibrating movable body

This actuator includes a movable body provided with a magnet and a yoke, and a support body provided with a case and a coil that vibrates the movable body. The case includes a first case member having a first end plate portion opposing the movable body from a Z1 direction, and a second case member having a second end plate portion opposing the movable body from a Z2 direction. The first case member includes a first case first side plate portion extending toward the Z2 direction from a Y1 direction end of the first end plate portion, and a first case second side plate portion extending toward the Z2 direction from a Y2 direction end of the first end plate portion. The first case second side plate portion includes a first projection portion. The coil holder is press-fitted between the first projection portion and first case first side plate portion.

Actuator

An actuator includes a movable body, a support body having a coil holder, a connection body connected with the movable body and the support body, and a magnetic drive circuit having a coil held by the coil holder and a magnet for vibrating the movable body. The coil holder has a plate part which surrounds at least a part of the coil, and the movable body has a yoke holding the magnet. The plate part has a coil holding part along an outer edge of the coil and a connection body fixing part whose plate thickness is thinner than that of the coil holding part. The connection body includes at least one of a first connection body connecting a first facing part of the yoke with the connection body fixing part and a second connection body connecting a second facing part of the yoke with the connection body fixing part.

Actuator with coil holder having thin fixing part

This actuator includes a movable body provided with a magnet and a yoke, and a support body provided with a case and a coil. A first case member includes a first case third side plate portion and a first case fourth side plate portion that are opposed in an X direction. A coil holder includes press-fitted fixed portions that are press-fitted between the first case third side plate portion and the first case fourth side plate portion. The press-fitted fixed portions include one side fixing surface and an other side fixing surface that make contact with leading edge parts of the first case third side plate portion and the first case fourth side plate portion, which are in a Zdirection, from the inside, and parts further toward a Zside than the fixed surfaces are recessed.

This actuator includes a movable body provided with a magnet and a yoke, and a support body provided with a case and a coil, and vibrates the movable body. The yoke includes a first opposing portion and a second opposing portion that oppose the coil from both sides in a Z direction. A pair of second joining plate portions that extend from both ends of the second opposing portion are fitted inside a pair of first joining plate portions that extend from both ends of the first opposing portion. In the yoke, both sides of a pair of first connecting bodies that connect the first opposing portion and a first plate that covers the coil from a Zdirection, and both sides of a pair of second connecting bodies that connect the second opposing portion and a second plate that covers the coil from a Zdirection, are notched.

In an actuator, damper members which connect a movable member and a fixed member are arranged at two places between the end portion of the shaft of the movable member on an L1 side and the opening portion of the first holder of the fixed member and between the end portion of the shaft of the movable member on an L2 side and the opening portion of a second holder. Each of the damper members includes a gel damper member serving as a connection member which is continuously arranged in a gap in a radial direction between the movable member and the fixed member over the entire circumference. In the gel damper member, an inner circumferential portion is fixed to the shaft through a cylindrical first member, and an outer circumferential portion is fixed to the fixed member through a cylindrical second member.

The actuator includes a movable body, a support body with a case that accommodates the movable body and a coil holder, connecting bodies connected to the movable body and the support body, a magnetic drive circuit including a coil and magnets opposed to the coil in a Z direction and causing the movable body to vibrate in an X direction with respect to the support body, and a buffer material fixed to the case and opposed to the movable body in the X direction. When the magnetic drive circuit is driven with a first voltage, the movable body vibrates without colliding with the buffer material. When the magnetic drive circuit is driven with a second voltage, which is larger than the first voltage, the movable body collides with the case through the buffer material, whereby an impulsive force is generated.

An actuator comprises a support body including a coil having a winding part and a lead part, a coil holder and a board supported by the coil holder, a movable body having a magnet, and a magnetic drive mechanism structured to relatively move the support body and the movable body. The coil holder has a coil holding part holding the winding part and a board support part supporting the board. A board surface of the board is provided with a land with which the lead part is connected. The board support part has a recessed part at a position overlapping with the board when viewed in a direction along the board surface, and the lead part is extended from the winding part to the land via the recessed part and is provided with a resiliently bent portion which is resiliently bent in an inside of the recessed part.

Actuator and manufacturing method of actuator to reduce coil wire disconnection

An actuator includes a support body, a movable body, a connection body, and a magnetic drive mechanism having a coil and a magnet for relatively moving the support body and the movable body. A winding part of the coil includes effective side portions, a first curved side portion connecting one side ends of the effective side portions, and a second curved side portion connecting the other side ends of the effective side portions. The magnet faces the effective side portions of the coil. A yoke fixed to the magnet includes a first yoke, a second yoke, a one side connection yoke and the other side connection yoke connecting the first yoke with the second yoke, and the one side connection yoke and the other side connection yoke are provided at positions so as not to overlap with the effective side portions and the magnet.

An optical unit with shake-correction function is provided and includes: a movable body, a rotational support structure, a gimbal mechanism, and a fixed body. The rotational support structure, which rotatably supports the movable body including a camera module around an optical axis, is rotatably supported by the gimbal mechanism around a first axis and a second axis. The rotational support structure includes a first annular groove provided on the movable body, a plate roller including a second annular groove facing the first annular groove in the direction of Z axis, and multiple spherical objects inserted into the first annular groove and the second annular groove. The gimbal mechanism rotatably supports the plate roller around a first axis. The movable body includes a first-side stopper part facing one of plate roller extension portions with a gap from one side in the circumferential direction around the Z axis.

Optical unit with shake-correction function

An optical unit includes a movable body including an optical module, a fixed body, a support mechanism, a flexible printed circuit board, and a fixing part. The fixing part is superposed on a bent part formed by bending the flexible printed circuit board. At least a part of the fixing part is fixed to the bent part of the flexible printed circuit board.

An optical unit with shake-correction function is provided and includes: a movable body, a rotational support structure, a gimbal mechanism, and a fixed body. The rotational support structure rotatably supports the movable body having a camera module around an optical axis. The rotational support structure is rotatably supported by the gimbal mechanism around a first axis and a second axis. The rotational support structure includes a first annular groove in the movable body, a plate roller having a second annular groove, multiple spherical objects to roll between the first annular groove and the second annular groove, and a pressurization structure configured to apply a force for bringing the first annular groove and the second annular groove close to each other in the direction of the optical axis.

An optical unit with shake-correction function is provided. A rotational support structure for supporting a movable body including a camera module around an optical axis is rotatably supported around a first axis and a second axis by a gimbal mechanism. The rotational support structure includes: a first annular groove, provided in the movable body; a plate roller, having a second annular groove facing the first annular groove in a direction of a Z axis; and a plurality of spherical objects, configured to be inserted into the first annular groove and the second annular groove, and roll between the movable body and the plate roller. The gimbal mechanism is configured to rotatably support the plate roller around the first axis.

An optical unit includes a movable body with an optical module; a fixed body; a gimbal mechanism having a hole portion through which at least a part of the optical module passes, and serving as a support mechanism that swingably supports the movable body with respect to the fixed body in a direction intersecting an optical axis direction as a pivot axis; and a drive mechanism having a coil and a magnet, and configured to move the movable body with respect to the fixed body. One of the coil and the magnet, as a movable body drive mechanism, is provided on a lateral portion of the movable body in a direction intersecting the optical axis direction. The hole portion is provided with a size such that at least a part of the movable body drive mechanism is visible through the hole portion when viewed from the optical axis direction.

An optical unit may include a movable body, a turning support mechanism turnably supporting the movable body around an optical axis, a gimbal mechanism turnably supporting the turning support mechanism, and a fixed body. The turning support mechanism includes a plate roll fixed to the movable body, a plate holder having a facing part facing the plate roll in the optical axis direction and is turnably supported by the gimbal mechanism, spherical bodies disposed between the plate roll and the facing part, and a magnetic attraction mechanism for generating an attraction force so that the plate roll and the facing part approach each other in the optical axis direction. The magnetic attraction mechanism includes an attraction part provided in one of the plate roll and the plate holder and an attracted part provided in the other, and the attraction part includes a magnet.
