The present invention provides a fluid distribution device for uniformly distributing and outputting a fluid, which is supplied to an input flow channel, into at least three output flow channels, comprising a plurality of branch flow channels, at least three fluid bifurcation portions, and at least one fluid converging portion, wherein the fluid distribution device is configured to correspond to a pressure drop compartment connection model composed of a fluid balance equation and a pressure balance equation. Furthermore, the present invention provides a micro plant using the fluid distribution device, a method of designing the fluid distribution device and a method of detecting blockage of flow channels of the fluid distribution device.

In a heating device having a microwave generator for generating microwaves, a waveguide for propagating the microwaves, a matching element for adjusting the impedance inside the waveguide and a flow pipe for passing a substance to be heated, an outer pipe of low dielectric constant is arranged to circulate a heat transfer medium for heat exchange around the flow pipe adapted to pass the heated substance and a circulation constant temperature bath is provided for adjusting the temperature of the heat transfer medium for heat exchange and for circulating it, so that microwaves are irradiated while adjusting the temperature of the heat transfer medium for heat exchange to a desired value by means of the circulation constant bath and circulating the heat transfer medium around the flow pipe.

In a micro chemical apparatus, guide walls as physical barriers are provided at a region where fluid A and fluid B as unmixed raw materials and a product are discharged so that, when the fluid A and the fluid B as raw materials are charged, only the portion in which the fluid A and the fluid B are mixed and allowed to react with each other by molecular diffusion of the raw materials is discharged. As a result, only the product is in the range between the two guide walls, and the product can be selectively taken out of the outlet.
