Provide is a solid-state battery capable of reducing the lamination space factor of a solid electrolyte and reducing electrical resistivity. A solid-state battery includes: a laminate including a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate that are alternately laminated; and a solid electrolyte layer formed on at least one of a lamination surface of the positive electrode plate and a lamination surface of the negative electrode plate.

Solid-state battery and method of manufacturing solid-state battery

To provide a battery module capable of applying a uniform surface pressure to a stack. Provided is a battery module including: a cell stack in which solid battery cells are stacked; end plates that are disposed at both ends of the cell stack in a stacking direction; and pressurizing plates that are fastened to the end plates on an outer side of the end plates in the stacking direction, the pressurizing plates abutting on the end plates at a plurality of load points.

Provided is a battery module which can appropriately pressurize the laminate, absorb displacement of the applied load accompanying charge and discharge of the laminated battery cells during use of the lithium ion battery, and fix pressure plates at ends in the lamination direction of the lithium ion battery laminate to a case. A battery module includes: a cell laminate in which a plurality of battery cells having a power generation element and external body covering the power generation element are laminated; a fastening member which fastens the cell laminate; end plates disposed at both ends in a lamination direction of the cell laminate; a fastening nut which fastens the fastening member and the end plate at an outer side of the cell laminate; a stay fastened by the fastening nut; and a case accommodating the cell laminate, in which the cell laminate is fixed to the case by the stay.

To provide a battery module capable of suitably pressurizing a stack and having high energy density. Provided is a battery module including: a cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, the battery cells including power generation elements and exterior bodies that cover the power generation elements, in which first through-holes penetrating through the plurality of battery cells in a stacking direction are provided at center portions of the plurality of battery cells, and a fastening member that fastens the cell stack is disposed in the first through-holes.

The present invention provides a battery temperature control system having a simple configuration and capable of immediately raising a battery temperature by actively using heat generated by an internal combustion engine. The battery temperature control system includes: an engine cooling circuit in which a coolant in an internal combustion engine is circulated between a coolant jacket and a radiator by a coolant pump; an exhaust heat recovery circuit in which a coolant in an EGR cooler that recovers exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine flows; a battery cooler-destined branch circuit that is branched from the engine cooling circuit and goes toward an upstream side of the battery cooler in the battery cooling circuit; and a channel switching mechanism that selectively connects a downstream side of at least one of the exhaust heat recovery circuit or the battery cooler-destined branch circuit to the upstream side of the battery cooler in the battery cooling circuit.

Battery temperature control system

Provided is a rotating electric machine the interior of which can be suitably cooled. A coolant supply means of the rotating electric machine supplies a cooling fluid to the bottom of a tubular member from a location closer to one end of a rotary shaft than the bottom, and the bottom of the tubular member is equipped with through-holes that run in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, with the cooling fluid being supplied to the interior of the tubular member through the through-holes.

Power transmission apparatus for hybrid vehicle

A rotating electrical machine includes an annular stator, a plurality of coils, a case, a side cover, a refrigerant passage, supply ports, and a strainer. The annular stator has an axis. The plurality of coils are provided about the axis. The case houses the stator. The side cover is disposed at one axial end of the case so as to face the stator in an axial direction along the axis. The refrigerant passage is provided in the side cover along a circumferential direction. The supply ports supply refrigerant from the refrigerant passage toward axial ends of the plurality of coils. The strainer is provided inside the refrigerant passage to be erected so as to intersect with the axis. The strainer has a plate-shaped member including holes to trap foreign matter in the refrigerant while the refrigerant passes through the holes.

Rotating electrical machine

In a dual clutch transmission, on one end side of a first input shaft connectable to an internal combustion engine via a first clutch, a planetary gear mechanism for a predetermined speed stage is provided, and a sun gear thereof is provided to rotate integrally with the first input shaft and an electric motor. A ring gear is fixed to a case, and a synchromesh mechanism is provided connectably and disconnectably with respect to the planetary gear carrier for selecting the predetermined speed stage. When the synchromesh mechanism is connected to the planetary gear carrier, rotation of the carrier is transmitted to the countershaft. The ring gear is attached to an annular attachment member to be fixed to the case. In a circumferential side surface of the attachment member, openings for inserting a shift fork and an opening for inserting a finger for the convenience of assembly work are provided.

Transmission apparatus

When an idling stop request is generated, in the case of a B zone (the discharge limited zone) or a C zone (the discharge prohibited zone), then an internal combustion engine ENG is made to continue driving, and charging of an electric storage device BATT is performed. Thereafter, when an idling stop release request is generated, in the case of the B zone, a vehicle is started by driving an electric motor MG, while continuing driving of the internal combustion engine ENG and setting a first clutch Cto an interrupted state. On the other hand, in the case of the C zone, the vehicle is started by continuing driving the internal combustion engine ENG, and setting the first clutch Cto the connected state.

Electric vehicle driving system

To allow attachment of pinion shafts in their phased states only in simple steps which do not require a crimping step and a special device. A pinion shaft support structure for a planetary gear includes pinion gears, pinion shafts for pivotally supporting the pinion gears, and a carrier having a plurality of shaft support holes for rotatably supporting the pinion shafts, the pinion shafts being supported by the shaft support holes. The pinion shaft support structure includes stepped portions formed on end surfaces of the pinion shafts and a fall-out prevention washer which is mounted on the carrier to be capable of locking the stepped portions. An outer circumferential rim of the fall-out prevention washer mounted on the carrier faces the stepped portions of the respective pinion shafts inserted into the plurality of respective shaft support holes and is capable of locking the stepped portions, and the pinion shafts are thereby positioned (phased) in their rotational directions.

Pinion shaft support structure for planetary gear

Power output apparatus

A driving force transmission device for a hybrid vehicle is provided with a motor which drives a rotation shaft, and a connection/disconnection switching device which switches between connection and disconnection of driving force for driving wheels, the driving force being transmitted from an engine. The driving force transmission device is also provided with the auxiliary device driving mechanism, which includes one or more auxiliary device driving shafts for transmitting driving force to the in-vehicle accessory devices, one or more rotation transmission sections which transmit at least either engine's driving force or motor's driving force to one or more accessory device driving shafts via the rotation shaft, and a plurality of one-way clutches provided between the one or more rotation transmission sections and the one or more accessory device driving shafts.
