A humidity detecting apparatus includes a humidity sensor for detecting a relative humidity of air on an inner side of a window glass, an air temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the air, a glass temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the window glass, and a glass surface relative humidity calculation unit for calculating a glass surface relative humidity based on output values of the humidity sensor, the air temperature sensor and the glass temperature sensor. A heat conductive member is disposed between the glass temperature sensor and the window glass.

An air-conditioning device includes a pump for sending a thermal medium, a thermoelectric conversion unit for absorbing heat from the thermal medium, a target setting unit for setting a target cooling value, and a controlling unit. The controlling unit increases a flow amount of the thermal medium to be larger than a predetermined amount and stops the thermoelectric conversion unit from absorbing heat, when the target cooling value is smaller than a predetermined value. A seat air conditioner for a vehicle seat includes a blower unit which has a blower fan and an air discharge duct, a vibration isolation unit arranged between the blower unit and a cushion member of the seat, and an accordion duct which is arranged between the air discharge duct and an air passage defined in the cushion member. The blower unit is disposed at an opposite side to the cushion member with respect to seat spring members of the seat. Air blown by the blower fan flows toward a plurality of blowing-out openings formed at a surface cover member of the seat, through the air discharge duct, the accordion duct and the air passage formed in the cushion member.

The seat air passage has an air distribution passage embedded within the pad and a connection hole passage extending from a predetermined portion in the air distribution passage to the blower unit. A vehicle air conditioning apparatus has discharging openings, each of which is disposed near a corresponding one of passenger seats. Accordingly, air discharged from air outlets does not flow so as to concentrate on one discharging opening and instead flows toward the respective discharging openings. A buffering member is connected between a cushion member and an air discharge duct of a blower unit to damp vibrations of the blower unit and thus to limit conduction of the vibrations from the blower unit to the cushion member. Resilient damper members are held between a connector bracket and a cover member and hold seat spring members, so that the blower unit is supported by the seat spring member. The connector bracket includes protrusions, which protrude toward the cushion member and hold the seat spring members through the resilient damper members. The cushion member includes recesses, which receive the protrusions of the connector bracket in such a manner that the protrusions are spaced from the cushion member.

In a deodorizing apparatus for a vehicular passenger compartment, when an ignition key is off and it is determined that a density of odor components in the passenger compartment is equal to or higher than a predetermined level, it is determined whether an inside temperature inside the passenger compartment measured by a temperature sensor is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, which is suitable for separating odor components adhered to the passenger compartment. When it is determined that the inside temperature is equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature, a deodorizing operation is performed by a deodorizing means. When it is determined that the inside temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature and it is not assumed that the inside temperature naturally increases to the predetermined temperature, the passenger compartment is heated by a compartment heating device so that the inside temperature reaches the predetermined temperature.
