A pantograph device of a trolley-type truck includes: a base frame; a bottom frame rockably attached to the base frame; a top frame rockably attached to the vicinity of the top end portion of the bottom frame through a connecting shaft; a collector shoe rockably supported in proximity to the top end portion of the top frame; a hydraulic cylinder for raising and lowering the bottom frame, attached to the base frame; and a spring which acts so as to rotate the top frame upward through the connecting shaft. By erecting the bottom frame by the hydraulic cylinder, the tensile force produced in the spring is increased and the top frame is rotated upward through the connecting shaft. This makes it possible to obtain a wide movable range without use of a long and strong spring and enhance the followability to overhead wires without increasing pressing force.

An opening through which air is delivered to a radiator for an engine installed in a haulage vehicle is split into separate portions via a support frame. Sound absorbing ducts are each mounted over one of the partitioned opening areas formed by splitting the opening via the support frame.

A cooling air supply device () for supplying cooling air to an alternator () and an electric motor () for traveling is provided with a cooling air inlet port (B) for taking in outside air as cooling air; a cooling air supply line () for establishing connection between the cooling air inlet port (B), and the alternator () and the electric motor (), and an alternator side cooling fan () and an electric motor side cooling fan () for sucking cooling air from the cooling air inlet port (B) into the cooling air supply line (). A dust separator () is provided in the halfway section of the cooling air supply line () to spirally circulate the cooling air and centrifugally separate the dust from the cooling air, and the dust in the cooling air is separated by the dust separator ().

Transporter vehicle

Rear wheel tires of a vehicle body are spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction. A foreign object removing device is provided between an outer tire and an inner tire of the rear wheels on one side of the vehicle for removing foreign objects between the tires. The foreign object removing device includes a bar-shaped member inserted in a suspended state between the tires, and a shoe provided in a lower end side of the bar-shaped member to collide with foreign objects such as earth and sand, and stones getting in between the tires for flicking out the foreign objects from between the tires. The shoe is replaceably attached to the lower end side of the bar-shaped member by using a bolt. In a case where the shoe wears down, only the shoe is replaced.

A load measuring device for a construction machine includes a processing unit for acquiring signals indicative of cylinder pressure of front and rear suspension cylinders via pressure sensors and computing a weight value of a load put on a dump body of the construction machine. When the construction machine is traveling on a curvilinear route, the construction machine makes the output of the weight value ineffective. In particular, when the differential speed value between the rear wheels, received from a speed difference detector, is below a preset value, the arithmetic unit outputs a loading weight W computed by the processing unit, as final loading weight, and so that when the differential speed exceeds the preset value, the arithmetic unit makes ineffective the computed loading weight W as the final loading weight output.

Apparatus for measuring load of construction machine

In the course of largely tilting a vessel () backward of a vehicle body () by a hoist cylinder (), occasionally the rear end portion of the vessel () runs into an embankment (A) of dumped earth and sand. In consequence, a load by a vehicle weight to be applied to a rear suspension (A) suspending the side of a rear wheel () of a vehicle is rapidly reduced. Therefore, an inner pressure (P) in the rear suspension (A) detected by a pressure sensor () is rapidly lowered. In this case, a controller () controls the hoist cylinder () according to the inner pressure (P) in the rear suspension (A) to stop an extension operation of the hoist cylinder (). This can suppress occurrence of a state where the side of the rear wheel () of the vehicle body () is raised upward, that is, a jack-up state.

A diagnostic information presenting apparatus comprises sensors, etc. for detecting status variables regarding operating status or ambient environments of a construction machine, and a controllerfor outputting, to a display unit, a basic data display signal to display basic data necessary for an initial screenin accordance with detected signals from the sensors, etc., and for outputting, to the display unit, an alarm display signal or a failure display signal to present alarm display or failure display in accordance with alarm information regarding the status variables detected by the sensors, etc. or failure information from the sensors, etc. This enables information regarding an abnormality in the construction machine to be presented to an operator with an alarm in the least necessary way without giving nuisances to the operator.
