Provided is a driver configured to be capable of filling gas suitable for a set pressure of a pressure chamber. This driver is provided with: a pressure chamber into which gas is filled; a striker moved in a first direction Dby pressure of the pressure chamber to strike nails; and an electric motor and a pin wheel, which move the striker in a second direction opposite to the first direction to increase the pressure of the pressure chamber. A pressure regulator for regulating the pressure of the gas filled into the pressure chamber is dedicated for the driver, and the driver is provided with a mounting hole dedicated for the pressure regulator.

Driver, pressure regulator and driving unit

To provide a driver that can be reduced in the amount of gas to be injected into a pressure chamber. The driver has: an impactor configured to hit a stopper by moving from a first position toward a second position; a pressure chamber to be filled with gas for moving the impactor from the first position toward the second position; a control mechanism configured to move the impactor from the second position toward the first position; and a gas injection portion configured to inject gas into the pressure chamber, wherein the impactor is capable of taking a standby position between the second position and the first position, and the control mechanism is configured to stop the impactor at an adjustment position closer to the second position than the standby position before gas is injected into the pressure chamber.

Driver

The disclosure provides a work tool having an electric motor, a power transmission means that receives motive power from the electric motor and transmits the motive power to a tip tool, a gear housing for accommodating at least a portion of the power transmission means, weights swingably supported on the gear housing, and coil springs that function as an urging means for urging the weights such that the weights are located at an initial neutral position, wherein the weights and the coil springs are provided respectively on the two sides of the gear housing so as to put the power transmission means therebetween, and a rotational support axle is provided that functions as a connecting means for connecting the weights provided on both sides of the gear housing so as to connect the weights such that the weights swing integrally.

Work tool

An electric tool including a motor configured to be driven by a PWM control of a semiconductor switching element by using a power supply, a power transmission mechanism configured to transmit a rotation of the motor to an end tool, and a controller configured to control a rotation of the motor by a duty ratio of a PWM signal, wherein the controller is configured to set the duty ratio to a reference duty ratio less than 100% when a voltage of the power supply applied to the electric tool is within a predetermined range including a rated voltage of the electric tool, and wherein the controller is configured to drive the motor by setting the duty ratio to be higher than the reference duty ratio when the voltage of the power supply applied to the electric tool is lower than the predetermined range.

Electric tool

On one portion of an outer circumferential surface of the anvil, a relief surfaceis formed. Cut-out portionsare formed at positions opposed to each other of a carrier, and by allowing an engaging pinto be interposed therein, a locking mechanism that limits the relative rotation between the anviland a lock ringis prepared. When the tool main body is manually rotated while the hammeris being stopped, the engaging pinlimits the relative rotation between the anviland the lock ring. The locked state between the anviland the lock ringis released immediately when the rotation of the motoris started.

Power tool anvil lock mechanism

A spring clutch mechanism for transmitting a driving force of a driving part to a driven part, including a first part, a second part, and a spring disposed between the first part and the second part. The first part is connected to the driven part. The second part is connected to the driving part and is rotatable relative to the first part coaxially therewith. The first part has a first end provided with a frusto-conical portion having a first tapered surface, and the second part has a second end formed with a recess provided with a second tapered surface in contact with the first tapered surface. the first part and the second part are aligned linearly and coaxially in a state that the first end is inserted into the second end maintaining contact of the first tapered surface with the second tapered surface.

Spring clutch mechanism in screw driver

A screw driver capable of avoiding co-rotation of an end bit and a motor in case of sharp shooting the end bit with a groove in a head of a screw. A co-rotation preventing mechanism is engageable with an end bit mounting portion when the end bit mounting portion is at a frontward position to prevent the end bit mounting portion from being rotated in the forward direction and to allow the end bit mounting portion to rotate in the reverse direction. The preventing mechanism is disengageable from the end bit mounting portion when the end bit mounting portion is at the rearward position to allow the end bit mounting portion to rotate in both forward and reverse directions.

Screw driver

Electrical power tool

An impact tool is provided that can efficiently reduce the vibration resulting from the striker and that does not lead to a larger design even with the use of a counterweight mechanism. A counterweight mechanism is provided in a motion converter housing, facing the handle. The counterweight mechanism is positioned between a center of gravity of the impact tool and the grip of the handle and is positioned above the control substrate. The counterweight mechanism is equipped with a first support, a second support, a weight support member, and a counterweight.

Impact tool with vibration control mechanism

A first switching member, having a claw portion engageable with a claw portion of a first gear, is slidably mounted on a crank shaft without causing any relative rotation therebetween. A first urging member resiliently urges the first switching member so that the claw portion of the first switching member is engaged with the claw portion of the first gear. A second switching member, having a claw portion engageable with a claw portion of a second gear, is slidably mounted on an intermediate shaft without causing any relative rotation therebetween. A second urging member resiliently urges the second switching member so that the claw portion of the second switching member is engaged with the claw portion of the second gear.
