A hot-stamping formed body has a predetermined chemical composition and includes microstructure which includes residual austenite of which an area ratio is 5% or more and less than 10%. Among grain boundaries of crystal grains of bainite and tempered martensite in the microstructure, a ratio of a length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to a total length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 4° to 12°, a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 49° to 54°, and a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to the <011> direction as a rotation axis is 30% or more. The tensile strength of the hot-stamping formed body is 1500 MPa or more.

Hot-stamping formed body

This steel has a steel sheet substrate and a protective film formed on at least a part of a surface of the steel sheet substrate, the chemical composition of the steel sheet substrate is, by mass %, C: 0.25% to 0.65%, Si: 0.05% to 2.00%, Mn: 0.30% to 3.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0100% or less, N: 0.010% or less, O: 0.010% or less, Cr: 0.05% to 1.00%, and Cu: 0.10% to 1.00%, in an X-ray analysis in which measurement is carried out using a CuKα radiation, in a case where a peak intensity at a diffraction angle (2θ) position of 36.6±0.5° is regarded as 100%, the protective film has a peak having a peak intensity of more than 250% at a diffraction angle (2θ) position of 35.5±0.5° and a tensile strength is more than 1,500 MPa.

A coated steel member includes: a steel sheet substrate containing, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.25% to 0.65%, Si: 0.10% to 1.00%, Mn: 0.30% to 1.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0100% or less, N: 0.010% or less, Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%, B: 0.0005% to 0.0100%, Nb: 0.02% to 0.10%, Mo: 0.10% to 1.00%, Cu: 0.15% to 1.00%, and Ni: 0.05% to 0.25%; and a coating formed on a surface of the steel sheet substrate and containing Al and Fe. The maximum Cu content in a range from the surface to a depth of 5.0 μm is 150% or more of the Cu content of the steel sheet substrate.

Coated steel member, coated steel sheet, and methods for producing same

A coated steel member includes: a steel sheet substrate containing, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.25% to 0.65%, Si: 0.10% to 1.00%, Mn: 0.30% 1.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0100% or less, N: 0.010% or less, Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%, B: 0.0005% to 0.0100%, Nb: 0.02% to 0.10%, Mo: 0.10% to 1.00%, Cu: 0.15% to 1.00%, and Ni: 0.05% to 0.25%; and a coating formed on a surface of the steel sheet substrate and containing Al and Fe. The maximum Cu content in a range from the surface to a depth of 5.0 &#x3bc;m is 150% or more of the Cu content of the steel sheet substrate.

A steel member according to an aspect of the present invention has a predetermined chemical composition, in which a metallographic structure includes, by a volume %, 60.0% to 85.0% of martensite, 10.0% to 30.0% of bainite, 5.0% to 15.0% of residual austenite, and 0% to 4.0% of a remainder in microstructure. A length of a maximum minor axis of the residual austenite is 30 nm or longer. A number density of a carbide which exist in the steel member and has a circle equivalent diameter of 0.1 &#x3bc;m or more and an aspect ratio of 2.5 or less is 4.0&#xd7;10pieces/mmor less.

Steel member and method of manufacturing same

This coated steel member includes: a steel sheet substrate having a predetermined chemical composition; and a coating formed on a surface of the steel sheet substrate and containing Al and Fe, in which the coating has a low Al content region having an Al content of 3 mass % or more and less than 30 mass % and a high Al content region formed on a side closer to a surface than the low Al content region and having an Al content of 30 mass % or more, a maximum C content of the high Al content region is 25% or less of a C content of the steel sheet substrate, a maximum C content of the low Al content region is 40% or less of the C content of the steel sheet substrate, and a maximum C content in a range from an interface between the steel sheet substrate and the coating to a depth of 10 &#x3bc;m on a side of the steel sheet substrate is 80% or less of the C content of the steel sheet substrate.

The present invention has as its object the provision of a coated steel member and coated steel sheet excellent in hydrogen embrittlement resistance in a corrosive environment and methods for manufacturing the same. The coated steel member of the present invention is provided on its surface with an Al&#x2014;Fe-based coating containing Cu and one or more of Mo, Ni, Mn, and Cr in a total by mass % of 0.12% or more by heating, cooling, and manufacturing a coated steel sheet having a layer containing Cu on its surface under predetermined conditions.

Coated steel member, coated steel sheet, and methods for manufacturing same

The present invention has as its object the provision of a steel member and steel sheet having high tensile strength and toughness and excellent in hydrogen embrittlement resistance in a corrosive environment and methods for manufacturing the same. The steel member of the present invention has predetermined chemical constituents and has a maximum value of content of Cu in a range from the surface to a depth of 0 to 30 &#x3bc;m of 1.4 times the content of Cu at a depth of 200 &#x3bc;m.

Steel member, steel sheet, and methods for manufacturing same

A method for manufacturing a quenched molding according to the present disclosure is a method including a first heat treatment process of heating a blanked steel material to a temperature higher than its Ac3 transformation point to perform austenite transformation, and then cooling to induce martensite transformation or bainite transformation, and a second heat treatment process of heating the steel material that has undergone the first heat treatment process to a temperature higher than the Ac3 transformation point to perform austenite transformation, and then cooling to induce martensite transformation. After the steel material has been heated to a temperature higher than the Ac3 transformation point in at least one process from out of the first heat treatment process or the second heat treatment process, molding is completed at a temperature higher than an Ar3 transformation point.

Method for manufacturing quenched molding, method for manufacturing hot press steel material, and hot press steel material

A heat-treated steel sheet member having a chemical including, by mass %: C: 0.05 to 0.50%; Si: 0.50 to 5.0%; Mn: 1.5 to 4.0%; P: 0.05% or less; S: 0.05% or less; N: 0.01% or less; Ti: 0.01 to 0.10%; B: 0.0005 to 0.010%; Cr: optional amounts of Ni, Cu, Mo, V, Ca, Al, Nb, and REM, with the balance: Fe and impurities. The steel sheet member has a microstructure comprising: mainly martensite; and retained austenite of which a volume ratio is 5.0% or higher, a number density of retained carbide in the steel sheet member having circle-equivalent diameters of 0.1 mm or larger is 4.0&#xd7;10/mmor lower, [(log f&#x2212;log f(0.02))/0.02&#x3c;20.0] is satisfied when mechanical properties are measured using a sheet specimen specified in ASTM E8, a tensile strength is 1.4 GPa or higher, and a total elongation is 8.0% or higher.

Heat-treated steel sheet member and method for producing the same

A steel sheet for heat treatment having a chemical composition including, by mass %: C: 0.05 to 0.50%; Si: 0.50 to 5.0%; Mn; 1.5 to 4.0%; P: 0.05% or less; S: 0.05% or less; N: 0.01% or less; Ti: 0.01 to 0.10%; B: 0.0005 to 0.010%; Cr: 0 to 1.0%; Ni: 0 to 2.0%; Cu: 0 to 1.0%; Mo: 0 to 1.0%; V: 0 to 1.0%; Ca: 0 to 0.01%; Al: 0 to 1.0%; Nb: 0 to 1.0%; REM: 0 to 0.1%; and the balance: Fe and impurities, wherein a maximum height roughness Rz on a surface of the steel sheet is 3.0 to 10.0 &#x3bc;m, and a number density of carbide being present in the steel sheet and having circle-equivalent diameters of 0.1 &#x3bc;m or larger is 8.0&#xd7;10/mmor lower.

Steel sheet for heat treatment

A heat-treated steel material is provided having strength of 2.000 GPa or more. The heat-treated steel material includes a chemical composition represented by, in mass %: C: 0.05% to 0.30%; Si: 0.50% to 5.00%; Mn: 2.0% to 10.0%; Cr: 0.01% to 1.00%; Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%; B: 0.0020% to 0.0100%; P: 0.050% or less; S: 0.0500% or less; N: 0.0100% or less; Ni: 0% to 2.0%; each of Cu, Mo, and V: 0% to 1.0%; each of Al and Nb: 0% to 1.00%; and the balance: Fe and impurities. '4612&#xd7;[C]+51&#xd7;[Si]+102&#xd7;[Mn]+605&#x3e;2000' is satisfied. The heat-treated steel material includes a microstructure in which 90 volume % or more is formed of martensite, and a dislocation density in the martensite is equal to or more than 1.2&#xd7;10m.

Heat-treated steel material and method of manufacturing the same

A heat-treated steel material is provided having strength of 1.800 GPa or more. The heat-treated steel material includes a chemical composition represented by, in mass %: C: 0.05% to 0.30%; Mn: 2.0% to 10.0%; Cr: 0.01% to 1.00%; Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%; B: 0.0010% to 0.0100%; Si: 0.08% or less; P: 0.050% or less; S: 0.0500% or less; N: 0.0100% or less; Ni: 0% to 2.0%; each of Cu, Mo, and V: 0% to 1.0%; each of Al and Nb: 0% to 1.00%; and the balance: Fe and impurities. '4612&#xd7;[C]+102&#xd7;[Mn]+605&#x2265;1800' is satisfied where [C] denotes a C content and [Mn] denotes a Mn content. The heat-treated steel material includes a microstructure in which 90 volume % or more is formed of martensite, and a dislocation density in the martensite is equal to or more than 9.0&#xd7;10m.
