A switch includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a motor to drive the movable contact via a drive mechanism that converts rotational motion into linear motion, and a drive controller to control driving of the motor. The drive controller controls a rotation speed of the motor such that during an opening operation of the switch, a moving speed of the movable contact in a part of an entire moving range of the movable contact is lower than a moving speed of the movable contact during a closing operation of the switch. The part of the entire moving range includes an interrupting point at which an arc current is extinguished.

Switch, gas insulated switchgear, and method for controlling switch

A gas insulated bus includes: a first container including a first flange and forming a sealed space in which an insulating gas is enclosed; a second container including a second flange joined to the first flange and forming the sealed space together with the first container; a conductor housed in the sealed space; and an insulating support supporting the conductor in the sealed space. Part of the second flange is an inner flange including a mounting to which the insulating support is attached. The second container includes an extension portion in a portion in which the inner flange is provided, the extension portion extending toward a side opposite to a central axis of the conductor.

Gas insulated bus

A gas insulated apparatus includes: a grounded metal tank in which an insulating gas is enclosed; a conductor disposed in the tank, voltage being applied to the conductor; and a non-linear resistance layer disposed on at least part of an inner surface of the tank and made from an insulating material containing a particle of a non-linear resistance material, the non-linear resistance material being conductive when voltage higher than or equal to a threshold is applied. The non-linear resistance layer has a thickness that is larger than a sum of a thickness of a conductive portion and a particle diameter of the non-linear resistance material, the conductive portion being a portion of the non-linear resistance layer that is conductive when voltage higher than or equal to the threshold is applied to a metal foreign object on the non-linear resistance layer.

Gas insulated apparatus

A gas-insulated electric apparatus includes: a sealed container made of metal; a high-voltage conductor, housed within the sealed container, that receives voltage; an insulating support member that insulates the high-voltage conductor from the sealed container and support the high-voltage conductor to the sealed container; and a nonlinear-resistance film covering at least a portion of an inner surface of the sealed container, the portion being on a lower side of the inner surface with respect to the high-voltage conductor. The nonlinear-resistance film is formed by particles of a nonlinear-resistance material and an insulating material, and the particles of the nonlinear-resistance material are dispersed in the insulating material. The particles of the nonlinear-resistance material are placed in the insulating material such that one or more of the particles of the nonlinear-resistance material is in constant contact with a conductive foreign object trapped inside the sealed container.

Gas-insulated electric apparatus and manufacturing method of gas-insulated electric apparatus

A coating material of the present invention includes an insulating resin, and dispersion particles dispersed in the insulating resin. The dispersion particle includes a core particle containing zinc oxide as a main component and having nonlinear resistance, and a resin layer covering the surface of the core particle and having an average thickness being less than or equal to 5.0 &#x3bc;m. The coating material of the present invention is a coating material for coating an inner surface of a ground tank of a gas insulated switchgear.

A switchgear includes a movable part capable of reciprocating movement, a movable contact coupled to the movable part and capable of reciprocating movement relative to the movable part, a biasing member that biases the movable contact, a latch capable of switching between a first state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is restricted and a second state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is permitted, and a fixed contact provided on a side of the first direction with respect to the movable contact. When the movable part and the movable contact move in a first direction, after movement for a predetermined distance, the movement of the movable contact is restricted by the latch in the first state, and then, when the movable part has moved further in the first direction, the latch is switched to the second state.

Switchgear

A gas electrical apparatus includes: a container filled with insulating gas; a high voltage conductor arranged inside the container and applied with a prescribed voltage; and an insulating support member configured to insulate and support the high voltage conductor relative to the container. The high voltage conductor is covered by a first dielectric film. The first dielectric film includes a through hole extending from the first main surface to the second main surface. The through hole has an inner circumferential surface on which a first coating film is formed such that at least a hole diameter of the through hole is less than a diameter of an electron avalanche in a state where a gas insulated electrical apparatus is used.

Gas insulated electrical apparatus and method of manufacturing gas insulated electrical apparatus

A switchgear includes a first contact capable of reciprocating along a motion axis, and a second contact. The second contact includes a facing unit movable in a first direction from the first contact toward the second contact when the facing unit is pushed in by the first contact, a spaced unit spaced from the axis and urged in a direction toward the axis, and a regulating unit coupled to the facing unit. The spaced unit abuts on the regulating unit to restrict movement of the spaced unit in the direction toward the axis as the facing unit is located in the second direction. The spaced unit is released from abutment on the regulating unit to move in the direction toward the axis into abutment on the first contact as the facing unit moves in the first direction.

A gas-insulated switchgear includes a grounded tank filled with insulation gas, a center conductor which is disposed in the grounded tank and to which a voltage is applied, an insulating support member which insulates and supports the center conductor, and a nonlinear resistive part disposed at least on a vertically lower side inner surface of the grounded tank and formed by an insulation material containing a nonlinear resistive material. If an electric field applied to the nonlinear resistive part is higher than an electric field value in a vicinity of a contact point between the nonlinear resistive part and a metallic foreign substance mixed in the grounded tank during an operation, a resistivity of the nonlinear resistive part at the center conductor side is lower than a resistivity at which a discharge delay time is equal to an electric field relaxation time constant.

Gas-insulated switchgear

A non-linear resistance film including an insulating material and a non-linear resistance material is provided on an inner surface of a grounded tank. The non-linear resistance film is formed to contain a larger amount of the non-linear resistance material on a side of a central conductor than on a side of the grounded tank. Accordingly, a gas insulated switchgear that can suppress partial discharge around metallic foreign matters and also can suppress inflow of charges from the grounded tank to the metallic foreign matters can be provided.

Provided is a gas insulation device that includes a grounded metal tank in which an insulation gas is encapsulated; a conductor which is provided in the tank, on a surface of which an alumite film on which sealing treatment is performed is formed, and across which a voltage is applied; an insulating coat provided on an inner surface of the tank; and a coat that is provided on the coat and that includes an insulation material containing a non-linear resistive material.

Gas insulation device

To provide an electric current switching apparatus having a fixed-side electrode unit and a movable-side electrode unit that are arranged to align central axes thereof with each other and to face each other, in which a movable contact provided in the movable-side electrode unit reciprocates on the central axis to contact or separate from a fixed-side contact provided in the fixed-side electrode unit, thereby switching electric current flowing through these electrode units, the electric current switching apparatus including a plurality of permanent magnets that are provided in at least one of the fixed-side electrode unit and the movable-side electrode unit, that have bodies arranged on the central axis to align magnetizing directions thereof with the central axis, and that are arranged to cause same poles of adjacent ones of the permanent magnets to face each other as if butting with each other.

Electric current switching apparatus

A gas insulated switchgear is configured including phase-A, phase-B, and phase-C breaker units. For example, the phase-A breaker unit includes breakers connected in series in a horizontal first direction, disconnectors annexed on the breaker, disconnectors annexed on a breaker, and disconnectors annexed on a breaker. The disconnector is connected to a main bus that extends in the first direction, and the disconnector is connected to a main bus that extends in the first direction. Each of the disconnectors on the breakers is arranged while a longitudinal direction thereof is set to a second direction orthogonal to the first direction so that a switching direction of the disconnector is equal to the second direction. Thereby, the length of the main buses can be shortened, and an interphase distance and a breaker-to-breaker distance can be reduced.

A valley section is provided between a high-voltage arc contact and a high-voltage main contact. Because of the presence of the valley section, resistance between contacts is reduced while a moving arc contact makes contact with the high-voltage arc contact and then slides up to making contact with the high-voltage main contact.
