A medical image processing device of an embodiment includes first and second image acquirers, a generator, and a calculator. The first image acquirer acquires a first fluoroscopic image of a patient. The second image acquirer acquires a second fluoroscopic image according to radiation of the patient at a time point different from that of acquisition of the first image using a detector. The generator generates a reconstructed image by reproducing the second image from the first image virtually arranged in a three-dimensional space on the basis of a position of the detector in the three-dimensional space. The calculator obtains a suitable position on the first image in the three-dimensional space on the basis of a degree of similarity between the second image and the reconstructed image. The generator generates the reconstructed image for use in the calculator and has a range larger than a range corresponding to the second image.

Medical image processing device, storage medium, medical device, and treatment system

A medical image processing device of an embodiment includes a comparator and a position determination region determiner. The comparator compares a first image obtained by photographing a patient with a comparative image which is an image used in previous radiation treatment and in which a valid region used in position alignment in the radiation treatment is designated. The position determination region determiner determines a position determination region similar to the valid region included within the first image on the basis of a comparison result of the comparator.

A medical image processing device includes a region-of-interest acquirer, a treatment plan acquirer, a degree-of-influence calculator, and a display controller. The region-of-interest acquirer is configured to acquire a partial region within a body of a patient as a region of interest. The treatment plan acquirer is configured to acquire treatment plan information determined in a planning stage of radiation treatment to be performed on the patient. The degree-of-influence calculator is configured to calculate a degree of influence representing an influence on the region of interest up to a range until radiation with which the patient is irradiated reaches a target portion to be treated within the body of the patient. The display controller is configured to generate a display image in which information regarding the degree of influence is superimposed on a current fluoroscopic image of the patient and causes a display to display the display image.

A treatment system of embodiments includes an imaging system including one or more radiation sources and a plurality of detectors, a first acquirer, a second acquirer, a first deriver, a second deriver, and a calibrator. The radiation sources radiate radiation to an object in a plurality of different directions. The plurality of detectors detect the radiation at different positions. The first acquirer acquires images based on the radiation. The second acquirer acquires position information of a first imaging device in a three-dimensional space. The first deriver derives the position of the object in the images. The second deriver derives the position of a second imaging device in the three-dimensional space based on the position of the object in the images, the position of the first imaging device, and the like. The calibrator performs calibration of the imaging system based on a derivation result of the second deriver.

A medical image processing device includes a first position acquirer, a first converter, a first likelihood image generator, and a learner. The first position acquirer is configured to acquire, as first positions, target positions in plural first images. The first converter is configured to convert the first positions to second positions by expanding movement in a second direction intersecting a first direction based on movement over time of the first positions. The first likelihood image generator is configured to generate a first likelihood image showing a distribution of likelihood of the second positions. The learner is configured to output a model using the plural first images and the first likelihood image as training data, and upon receiving part or all of a transparent image, derives a second likelihood image showing a distribution of likelihood indicating probability of the part or all of the transparent image corresponding to the second positions.

A medical apparatus includes an acquirer, an associator, and a display controller. The acquirer acquires information indicating a respiratory waveform of an object and acquires fluoroscopic images of the object captured in time series. The associator associates a tracking value which fluctuates according to a respiratory phase of the object, based on the time-series fluoroscopic images. The display controller causes a display to display the respiratory waveform and a waveform of the tracking value in a comparable form.

A medical apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquirer and a selector. The acquirer is configured to acquire fluoroscopic images of an object captured in time series. The selector is configured to select reference images which include fluoroscopic images corresponding to a maximum exhalation position and a maximum inhalation position of the object from the plurality of fluoroscopic images acquired by the acquirer.

A medical apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquirer, a corrector, an identifier, and an output controller. The acquirer is configured to acquire a fluoroscopic image of an object from an imager. The corrector is configured to correct an image of one or more predetermined regions used for identifying a target position of the object in the fluoroscopic image based on one or more correction values but does not correct an image of at least a part of a region out of the predetermined region in the fluoroscopic image. The identifier is configured to identify the target position based on an image corrected by the corrector. The output controller is configured to output an irradiation permission signal to a therapeutic device which irradiates the object with a therapeutic beam based on the target position identified by the identifier.

A medical apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquirer, an identifier, and a controller. The acquirer acquires a fluoroscopic image of an object from an imager which performs imaging by irradiating the object with an electromagnetic wave to generate the fluoroscopic image. The identifier identifies a target position of the object in the fluoroscopic image. The controller outputs an irradiation permission signal to a therapeutic device which irradiates the object with a therapeutic beam in a case where the target position identified by the identifier is settled within an irradiation permission range. The controller is configured to cause the imager to stop performing irradiation of the electromagnetic wave and cause the acquirer to stop acquiring the fluoroscopic image, in a case where a first switch is operated, and the controller is configured to cause the imager to stop performing irradiation of the electromagnetic wave and maintain a state in which the acquirer is capable of acquiring the fluoroscopic image, in a case where a second switch is operated.

A medical image processing apparatus comprising: a first input interface configured to acquire a three-dimensional volume image of an object which is provided with at least one marker, the three-dimensional volume image being generated by imaging the object using a medical examination apparatus; a second input interface configured to acquire geometry information of an imaging apparatus which is used for imaging the object to generate a fluoroscopic image of the object; and a specific-setting-information generator configured to generate specific setting information based on the three-dimensional volume image and the geometry information, the specific setting information being used for setting of imaging for generating an image depicting the at least one marker or setting of image processing of the image depicting the at least one marker.

A medical apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquirer, an identifier, an output controller, a display controller, and an input operation acquirer. The acquirer acquires a fluoroscopic image of a object from an imager which performs imaging by irradiating the object with an electromagnetic wave to generate the fluoroscopic image. The identifier identifies a target position of the object in the fluoroscopic image. The output controller outputs an irradiation permission signal to a therapeutic device which irradiates the object with a therapeutic beam when the target position identified by the identifier is settled within an irradiation permission range. The display controller causes a display to display an interface image for receiving an instruction to start each of a preparation stage of a therapy and an irradiation stage of the therapeutic beam. The input operation acquirer acquires details of an input operation performed by a user in the interface image.

An X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus is capable of irradiating exactly a therapeutic beam considering a specific-regional area, and in addition is able to perform an easy confirmation of the specific region even when the specific region is difficult to visually recognize by a user. X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus

A radiotherapy tracking apparatus for tracking a position of a specific region with markerless tracking even when visual recognition of the specific region of the subject is poor and for eliminating preliminary work such as preparation of a template. A control element comprises a DRR image generation element, a phase-based position calculation element, an X-ray fluoroscopic image obtaining element, a phase adjuster, a frame-based position calculation element, a gating element and a memory storage. The frame-based position calculation element calculates the position of the specific region of the subject in the X-ray fluoroscopic image having the plurality of frames frame-by-frame based on the DRR image adjusted with the X-ray fluoroscopic image in the phase adjustment element and the position of the specific region calculated by the phase-based position calculation element.
