A rectifier is configured in such a way that in each of n sets, one of a positive electrode side semiconductor device and a negative electrode side semiconductor device is a MOSFET, in such a way that in at least one of the n sets, the other one of the positive electrode side semiconductor device and the negative electrode side semiconductor device is a specific diode, and in such a way that the specific diode is a Schottky barrier diode or a MOS diode, which is a MOSFET whose drain terminal and gate terminal are short-circuited.

A finless heat exchanger includes two headers and a plurality of heat transfer tubes spaced apart from each other and arranged side by side. The two headers each have a plurality of insertion holes, to which both ends of the heat transfer tubes are fitted and connected. The heat transfer tubes each include straight portions extending in a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction, in which the heat transfer tubes are arranged, and turning portions. The straight portions and the turning portions are alternately and continuously arranged.

A heat exchanger includes heat exchanger cores connected to a distributor. The inside of the distributor is divided into refrigerant flow paths, allowing the refrigerant to flow from one of the refrigerant flow paths to another one of the refrigerant flow paths. The heat transfer tubes of one of the heat exchanger cores disposed on a windward side of a flow of the air fed to the heat exchanger are connected to at least one of the refrigerant flow paths disposed in the distributor on an upstream side of a flow of the refrigerant. A slip ring device includes an insulating molded body in which a pair of slip rings and a pair of connecting conductors are provided. The insulating molded body includes a molded body main body portion disposed in a position further from a rotor main body than a bearing provided on a shaft, the slip rings being provided in the molded body main body portion, an opposing portion disposed between the bearing and the rotor main body, and a pair of beam portions that connect the molded body main body portion to the opposing portion, the connecting conductors being provided respectively in the beam portions. A pair of shaft grooves respectively accommodating the pair of beam portions are provided in the shaft. A spreading suppression portion for preventing resin with which a field coil is impregnated from spreading into the shaft grooves is provided in the opposing portion.

An AC generator slip ring device including a shaft supported by a front and rear bracket, and a rotor on the inner circumferential side of a stator; a sleeve fixed to an end portion on the rear bracket side of the shaft; and a conductive ring retained on the outer circumferential side of the sleeve. The device also includes a partition ring on the outer circumferential side of the sleeve having one end portion fixed to the rear bracket and the other end portion has a first flange projected in the outer diameter direction; a second flange provided on the side opposite to the rear bracket of the sleeve, having an annular wall with a concave portion, the end surface of the annular wall opposing the first flange of the partition ring; and a flat portion formed on an outer circumferential portion of the annular wall of the second flange.

Provided is a slip ring device for a rotating electric machine, which is capable of reliably retaining a long lead while preventing movement and deformation of the long lead during insert molding. The slip ring device for a rotating electric machine includes: a first ring and a second ring; a long lead () having one end portion connected to the first ring and another end portion connected to a rotor coil; a short lead having one end portion connected to the second ring and another end portion connected to the rotor coil; and a molded body formed by insert molding, for retaining the first ring, the second ring, the long lead (), and the short lead in a mutually insulated fashion. The molded body includes a restricting member () for restricting the long lead () from being moved and deformed during the insert molding.

Slip ring device for rotating electric machine

A rotor shaft is supported in a rotatable manner at both ends by bearings respectively disposed to a housing forming a part of a stator and provided with a positioning portion of the bearing in at least one shaft end. The positioning portion is formed of an annular step-like rise portion that abuts on a circular arc surface provided to an inner ring corner of the bearing. A rotor shaft capable of holding the bearing in a stable manner over a long period is thus obtained without increasing the number of components and the numbers of working processes and assembly man-hours for the shaft. It thus becomes possible to solve problems, such as an increase in cost due to a large amount of working margin and increases of the direct material cost and in weight due to a larger finishing diameter of the shaft.

A bobbin is mounted to a rotor such that a rotation arresting portion is housed in a space that is formed by a rotation arresting portion housing recess portion and a stepped portion so as to restrict circumferential movement, and a permanent magnet is made into a quadrangular prism that has a rectangular bottom surface, and is held by a magnet holding seat by placing a bottom surface on an upper surface of a magnet holding portion, and fixing to the magnet holding seat a cover that is mounted from radially outside to restrict circumferential, axial, and radial movement.
