A linear motor includes tubular outer yoke (), tubular inner yoke () disposed in outer yoke (), coil () provided to inner yoke (), permanent magnet () vibrating following a magnetic flux produced by coil (), and vibrator () made of magnetic material and supporting permanent magnets (). Magnetic loop produced by outer yoke () and inner yoke () travels through vibrator () free from interference by vibrator () because vibrator () is made of magnetic material. As a result, the linear motor vibrates efficiently.

Linear motor

Plural magnetic sheets () are laminated in circumference direction to form a cylindrical laminated core. Magnetic sheets () adjacent to each other have coupling point () at an upper section or a lower section and gap () on an opposite side of coupling point (). Coupling point () is prepared at upper section (), then lower section (), and upper section () then lower section () alternately. This structure allows assembling a radial laminated core with ease.

Linear actuator

The invention relates to a motor comprising a stator core having plural teeth and slots provided among the teeth, a winding applied on the teeth by a single turn, and a rotor incorporating plural permanent magnets, which is rotated and driven by utilizing reluctance torque in addition to magnet torque. By turning thus divided teeth by a single winding, the occupation rate of the winding in the slots can be raised. As a result, a motor of small size and large output can be presented.

Compressor using a motor

An electric motor is equipped with a rotor having multiple rows of slits arranged along a radial direction. A permanent magnet is buried only in some of the slits, namely the ones closest to the center of the rotor or the innermost slits, to drive the motor using both magnet torque and reluctance torque. This improves the torque output.

A vibrating linear actuator includes a mover having a permanent magnet, a stator having coils, a base on which the stator is mounted, a cover, and lands electrically coupled to the coils. The lands are provided on the surface of one of the base or the cover.
