Disclosed is a glass run for an automobile door which may block noise that has passed through a door glass from easily reaching the passenger's ears, while reducing an increase in the weight and cost of the glass run. In the glass run, a space R is formed between a base end portionof an inner seal liplocated inside a cabin and an inner surfaceof a door glassfacing inside the cabin. Glass run for automobile door

A glass run for guiding a door glass in a frame includes: a body having a substantially U-shaped cross-section including an outer-cabin side wall, an inner-cabin side wall longer than the outer-cabin side wall in cross section and a connecting wall which connects the side walls; an outer lip and an inner lip which are slidably brought into contact with the door glass; and a holding lip which extends from an end part of the inner-cabin side wall for fastening an inner-cabin side part of the frame together with the inner-cabin side wall. A noise insulation wall protrudes at least on the end part of the inner-cabin side wall for closing a concave space between an inner-cabin side surface of the door glass and the inner-cabin side wall.

Glass run

A sealing member for water cutoff is stuck to a door inner panel of an automobile for joining a door hole seal. The sealing member for water cutoff is long in length and at least a part thereof is curved when used. The sealing member for water cutoff comprises: a body part made of vulcanized sponge rubber, which is extrusion molded and having softness and elastic restoring force for reverting to an original shape when an external force once applied is unloaded; and adhesive layers formed by applying adhesive on surfaces of the body part.

Sound insulation material and method for preparing the same

A noise isolation sheet is installed in a car door that includes a door inner panel and an interior door trim. The door trim is provided inside the door inner panel. The noise isolation sheet partially or wholly covers the door inner panel. The noise isolation sheet has at least two layers including an outer side sheet and an inner side sheet. The outer side sheet includes a first foam body having water absorption of less than 30%, and the inner side sheet includes a second foam body having water absorption of 30% or more.

There is provided a door structure of an automobile, capable of being visually checked as to whether or not a peripheral edge of an opaque water/noise isolation sheet is reliably bonded to a door inner panel through the intermediary of a sealer (adhesive). Car door structure

A car door structure comprises a door inner panel , an interior door trim and a noise insulation sheet . The interior door trim is installed in the interior side of the door inner panel . The noise insulation sheet is provided between the door inner panel and the door trim , where it is hung down from the upper side to the lower side of the door inner panel like a curtain. The noise insulation sheet is fixed to either the door inner panel or the door trim . The noise insulation sheet is provided at about an upper half or a lower half of the door inner panel , or it is provided at a central part of the door inner panel while dividing approximately into three sections in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction.
