An imaging device includes LED elements disposed on a first surface of a board to be electrically connected to first and second wiring patterns, and emitting illumination light in an imaging direction of a camera. A first heat dissipation member and second heat dissipation members are mounted onto opposite sides of the board. The first heat dissipation member is disposed opposite to the first surface. Each of the second heat dissipation members is disposed opposite to a second surface in a region including an area opposite to the LED elements via the board.

Imaging device

An imaging device includes an LED element mounted on a surface of an LED substrate and electrically connected to a wiring pattern. For the surface of the LED substrate, a heatsink for dissipating heat of the LED substrate is arranged to face the surface of the LED substrate on which surface the LED element is mounted. The heatsink includes: a base portion attached in a manner allowing heat transfer in which a heat transfer surface of the base portion faces the surface of the LED substrate, the base portion allowing the illumination light from the LED element to pass through the base portion; and fins integrally protruding from the heat dissipating surface, being arranged spaced from each other, and being cooled by air that is naturally convected.

A slot-in type disk apparatus configured to prevent fine traverse base vibration at disk playback. A base body and a lid constitute a chassis outer sheath having a front surface formed with a disk insertion slot. The base body has a traverse base with a spindle motor, a pickup and a driving unit moving the pickup. A cam displaces the traverse base between the base body and the lid. The cam is provided on each of a main slider and a sub-slider. The main slider and the sub-slider are located sideways of the spindle motor and are connected to each other through a cam lever which is moved by the main slider, and the traverse base is displaced by moving the sub-slider. The cam lever has a resilient member which abuts against the traverse base at the time of playback of a disk.

A slot-in type thin disk apparatus having a base body and a lid, which constitute a chassis outer sheath. A front surface of the chassis outer sheath is formed with a disk inserting opening into which a disk is directly inserted. The slot-in type disk apparatus is provided with a traverse moving unit which displaces a traverse base between the base body and the lid. The traverse base moving unit includes a loading motor provided on the chassis outer sheath, a slider which slides by driving of the loading motor, and a traverse cam member which is operated by movement of the slider.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a slot-in type disk apparatus in which a moving position of a disk is precisely guided when the disk is inserted or discharged, thereby preventing the disk from coming into contact with an objective lens and further reducing the thickness of the disk apparatus. A disk apparatus comprising a chassis outer sheath having a base bodyand a lid, in which a front surface of the chassis outer sheath is formed with a disk inserting openinginto which a disk is directly inserted, a lever which is operated when the disk is inserted or discharged is provided in the chassis outer sheath, the lever is provided at its movable side end with a guide, and the disk is guided by the guide, wherein the guidecomprises a stationary portionB fixed to the lever, a movable portionC which is displaced with respect to the stationary portionB, and an elastic body which biases the movable portionC in a direction away from the stationary portionB.

Disk apparatus

A slot-in type disk apparatus includes: (1) a base body, (2) a traverse base provided on the base body, (3) a spindle motor held by the traverse base and rotating a disk, (4) a loading motor provided on the base body, (5) a traverse cam member for displacing a location of the traverse base with respect to the base body, and (6) a spindle cam member for displacing a location of the spindle motor with respect to the traverse base. The spindle motor is biased toward the traverse base by a resilient member. The disk is loaded on the disk apparatus and moved to a recording/replaying position, as a result of moving the traverse cam member and the spindle cam member correlatively in the horizontal direction by driving the loading motor and moving the traverse base and the spindle motor upward and downward.

Chucking method of a disk apparatus and the disk apparatus

A disk apparatus moves a traverse unit vertically, a spindle motor is allowed to approach a base body or a lid, a disk is pressed by the spindle motor and the lid, thereby mounting the disk on the spindle motor. When the spindle motor is moved upward, a tip end surface of a convex portion of the lid is inclined, the tip end surface of the convex portion of the lid and the spindle motor are substantially in parallel to each other, and the disk can stably be mounted.

Disk device

A disk drive includes base with a spindle motor, first and second rockers and first and second sliders. The spindle motor has a turntable to mount a disk. The first and second rockers rock so as to pivot about fulcrums substantially parallel to the turntable. The first rocker pulls in the disk, inserted externally, to a position where the disk and motor have their centers aligned. The second rocker unloads the disk from the position to a point where the disk is exposed partially. The first and second sliders are engaged with the first and second rockers to make them pull in and unload the disk, respectively, and reciprocate substantially parallel to the turntable. The rockers and sliders are located under the turntable. The slider(s) support(s), raise(s) and lower(s) a side face of the base through the reciprocation.

Disk drive

A disk drive includes base with a spindle motor, first and second rockers and first and second sliders. The spindle motor has a turntable to mount a disk. The first and second rockers rock substantially parallelly to the turntable. The first rocker pulls in the disk, inserted externally, to a position where the disk and motor have their centers aligned. The second rocker unloads the disk from the position to a point where the disk is exposed partially. The first and second sliders are engaged with the first and second rockers to make them pull in and unload the disk, respectively, and reciprocate substantially parallelly to the turntable. A disk holding device according to the present invention is constituted by a turntable ( ), a center hub ( ), plural claw-shaped members ( ), elastic members ( ) which energize the claw-shaped members ( ) in the direction of the radius of a disk ( ), a centering ring ( ) having an inclined portion ( ), which ring is movable in the direction vertical to the disk surface, and an elastic member ( ) which energizes the centering ring ( ) in the direction along which the disk ( ) is pushed up. The internal diameter of the disk ( ) engages with the inclined portion ( ) before a cylindrical portion of the internal diameter of the disk ( ) gets over the claw-shaped members ( ), whereby centering of the disk ( ) is performed, and then the disk ( ) is held. The disk holding device constructed as described above is able to hold an optical disk such as a CD, a DVD, or the like, and perform more reliable centering of the disk. In addition, the products can be slimed down, and further the number of parts and the amount of assembly work can be reduced.

In a disk loading apparatus according to the present invention, a clamp section is configured so as to be floatable in a direction perpendicular to the direction of disk insertion and so as to be lifted up and thereby go outside the path of disk insertion when being confronted with the inserted disk, while a traverse unit of a pickup is configured so as to position a turntable in the replay waiting position and the replay position by the rotational motion.
