A connection module includes a FPC, bus bars connected to the FPC and connecting the electrode terminals of power storage elements that are adjacent to each other, and a resin protector holding the bus bars and the FPC. The FPC includes a FPC body member and a first deformable portion that connects the FPC body member and the bus bars. The resin protector includes a FPC holding portion to which the FPC body member is fixed, movable bus bar holding portions to which the bus bars are fixed, respectively, and second deformable portions that connect the FPC holding portion and the movable bus bar holding portions. The first deformable portion and the second deformable portion connect the bus bars and the movable bus bar holding portions to the FPC body member and the FPC holding portion, respectively, such that the bus bars and the movable bus bar holding portions are movable with respect to the FPC body member and the FPC holding portion.

Connection module

A flexible printed wiring board according to an aspect includes a base film, a conductive pattern disposed on one surface of the base film, and an extra length absorbing portion protruding from the base film and disposed in a direction of a plane, the extra length absorbing portion including a pattern connected portion connected to the conductive pattern, a coupling portion having a first linear wiring portion, a first arcuate wiring portion, and a second linear wiring portion coupled in this order continuously from the pattern connected portion, and a connecting terminal connected to the coupling portion, the pattern connected portion and the connecting terminal being opposite to each other in a direction in which the extra length absorbing portion protrudes.

Flexible printed wiring board and battery wiring module

An in-vehicle wiring module is configured to be attached to a plurality of electricity storage elements having electrode terminals. The in-vehicle wiring module includes busbars to be connected to the electrode terminals, flexible substrates having a first conductive path that is electrically connected to the busbars, and a rigid substrate having a second conductive path that is electrically connected to the first conductive paths. The flexible substrates overlap the rigid substrate. The flexible substrates each have a first opposing surface that is opposed to the rigid substrate. The first conductive paths each have first lands that are arranged on the first opposing surface. First slits that are open at edges of the flexible substrates are formed between the first lands of the flexible substrates. The rigid substrate has a second opposing surface that is opposed to the flexible substrates.

In-vehicle wiring module

A battery wiring module includes a plurality of connecting members to be connected to electrode terminals and a flexible printed circuit board having a plurality of voltage detection lines for detecting the voltages of a plurality of power storage elements via the plurality of connecting members, at least one of the plurality of voltage detection lines being constituted to include a front surface wiring and a back surface wiring respectively formed on a front surface and a back surface of the flexible printed circuit board, and a front-back conduction part passing through the flexible printed circuit board in the plate thickness direction and connecting the front surface wiring and the back surface wiring, and the resistance value per unit length of the front-back conduction part being less than or equal to the maximum resistance value per unit length of the front surface wiring and the back surface wiring.

Battery wiring module

The first conductive pathincludes a first landA included in the circuit connecting portion. The second conductive path includes a second landA that is electrically connected to the first landA. The connected portion between the first landA and the second landA is covered by a covering portionconstituted by a resin having insulating properties.

Substrate connection structure and vehicle wiring module

A flexible printed circuit board including an electronic component includes a flexible printed circuit board, an electronic component, a cover, and a restricting portion. The printed circuit board including an electrically conductive line. The electronic component is mounted on the flexible printed circuit board and joined to the electrically conductive line. The cover covers a joint between the electronic component and the electrically conductive line. The restricting portion is along an outer edge of the cover. The flexible printed circuit board includes a groove along the outer edge of the cover. The groove is defined by opposed groove side surfaces. One of the opposed groove side surfaces farther from the electronic component is defined as the restricting portion.

Vehicular battery wiring module

A connection module includes a FPC and bus bars connected to the FPC and connecting the electrode terminals of power storage elements that are adjacent to each other. The FPC includes a first wiring portion, a second bus bar mount portion, and a third bus bar mount portion to which the bus bars are connected. The FPC further includes a second expandable/contractable portion and a third expandable/contractable portion. The second expandable/contractable portion is continuous from the second bus bar mount portion and allowed to be expanded and contracted in a direction to be closer to and farther away from the first wiring portion and the third bus bar mount portion. The third expandable/contractable portion is continuous from the third bus bar mount portion and allowed to be expanded and contracted in a direction to be closer to and farther away from the second bus bar mount portion.

A flexible printed circuit board including a terminal includes a flexible printed circuit board that includes an electrically conductive line and the terminal soldered to the flexible printed circuit board. The flexible printed circuit board includes a land and a soldering restricting section. The land is electrically connected to the electrically conductive line and has a metal surface and is soldered to the terminal. The soldering restricting section has a non-metal surface and is not soldered to the terminal. The terminal includes an overlapping section and a protrusion section. The overlapping section overlaps the land and is soldered to the land and includes a removed section that is formed in such a manner that a portion is partially removed in a predefined area. The protruding section is continuous from the overlapping section and protrudes to an area that does not overlap the flexible printed circuit board.

Flexible printed circuit board including terminal, wiring module, and power storage module

A flexible printed circuit board includes an electrically conductive line and a land that is connected to the electrically conductive line and to be connected to a terminal. The land includes soldering portions that have metal surfaces and to which the terminal is to be soldered. A dividing section is between the soldering portions and the dividing section has a non-metal surface and defines each of the soldering portions that are adjacent to each other.

Flexible printed circuit board, wiring module, flexible printed circuit board including terminal, and power storage module

A connection module includes an FPC and a plurality of bus bars. The plurality of bus bars constitute a first bus bar row disposed along one long side of the FPC, and a second bus bar row disposed along the other long side of the FPC. The FPC includes tolerance absorbing portions each including a slit and a pair of deflection portions disposed with the slit interposed therebetween, and is divided into a plurality of wiring portion by the tolerance absorbing portions. The pair of deflection portions constituting the first tolerance absorbing portion can be deflected in a direction in which the two wiring portions that are adjacent to each other with the first tolerance absorbing portion interposed therebetween move toward and away from each other. The same description also applies to the second tolerance absorbing portion.

A flexible printed circuit includes a plurality of conductive paths to which connection protruding portions of connection protruding pieces protruding from conductive members to be connected to electrode terminals of power storage elements are to be connected. The flexible printed circuit includes a plurality of inlet openings that are larger in size than the external shapes of the connection protruding portions and into which the connection protruding portions can be inserted with a gap being formed around each protruding portion, and a plurality of entrance openings that are provided corresponding to the inlet openings, have a configuration in which the protruding portions can be moved thereinto from the inlet openings, and extend in the form narrower than the inlet openings. Each of the conductive paths includes a land that is located at an edge portion of the entrance opening and to which the connection protruding portion is to be connected.

Flexible printed circuit, wiring member, power storage module, and connection module

A coupling structure in a wiring board including a printed wiring board and a flexible printed wiring board overlaid on the printed wiring board. The printed wiring board includes a first conductive line on a surface adjacent to the flexible printed wiring board. The flexible printed wiring board includes a second conductive line on a surface on an opposite side from the printed wiring board. The flexible printed wiring board includes a conduction-purpose through hole adjacent to the second conductive line and in which a section of the first conductive line is disposed. The first conductive line of the printed wiring board and the second conductive line of the flexible wiring board are electrically connected to each other with a conductive member disposed in the conduction-purpose through hole. The conductive member is covered with a resin having an insulating property.

Coupling structure in wiring board

A power storage component module includes power storage components and a bus bar connecting the power storage components to one another. At least one positioning boss is provided on an electrode included in the power storage components. The at least one positioning boss protrudes upward. The at least one positioning boss includes a base end and a distal end having a diameter less than a diameter of the base end. At least one through hole opens in the bus bar. The bus bar is placed on the at least one positioning boss and a hole edge of the at least one through hole is disposed around the at least one positioning boss between the base end of the at least one positioning boss and the distal end of the at least one positioning boss in a vertical direction.

Power storage component module

A wiring module includes a flexible substrate, a sensor component (temperature sensor), a connecting member (bus bar), and a holding part-equipped relay member, wherein the holding part-equipped relay member includes: a relay member main body including a base part (first main plate) that is to be fixed to the flexible substrate and the bus bar, and a holding part (first holding piece) that is continuous with the first main plate; a pedestal part (housing) that is to be held by the first holding piece so as to be displaceable in a direction toward or away from the first main plate, and that is to be fixed to a position of the flexible substrate where the temperature sensor is mounted; and a biasing member that has elastic force, that has one end held by the first main plate, and that biases the housing in the direction away from the first main plate.

Wiring module and power storage module

A flexible printed circuit board includes: a proximal end portion; a left strip portion and a right strip portion that extend in the rear direction from the proximal end portion; and conductive paths, a portion of which is provided spanning from the proximal end portion to the left strip portion, and another portion of which is provided spanning from the proximal end portion to the right strip portion. In portions of the conductive path in the left strip portion and the right strip portion, strip side connecting portions that are electrically connected to electrode terminals of electricity storage devices are provided. In the left strip portion, a deformation portion that deforms to increase the distance between the left strip portion and the right strip portion is provided.
