The present invention comprises steps of forming an opening portion in a battery case; aspirating an electrolyte solution from the interior of the battery case through the opening portion and into a sealed and depressurized electrolyte solution recovery trap; injecting a solvent containing no electrolyte from a solvent tank through the opening portion, and into the battery case; and aspirating a mixed solution from the interior of the battery case through the opening portion and into the sealed and depressurized electrolyte solution recovery trap. By performing the above-mentioned process, battery constitutive members including the battery case can be disassembled and recovered efficiently in large quantities.

A loudness control circuit having a sound volume adjusting variable resistor with a center tap is provided. The loudness control circuit has a buffer circuit of low output impedance having an input terminal to which a sound signal is applied through a high frequency coupling capacitor. The output terminal of the buffer circuit is connected through a series circuit of a low frequency blocking capacitor, a protective resistor and a shunt resistor to the center tap of the sound volume adjusting variable resistor. The connecting point of the protective resistor and the shunt resistor is grounded through an electronic switching element. A heat sink/circuit board assembly allows repairing or inspection of circuit or parts without impairing heat-radiating effect. A sub-heat sink is protruded from a lateral end of the circuit board in a direction parallel to the main surface of the circuit board and is connected to the main heat sink at its protruding portion. The diameter of the opening of the recessed portion of the main heat sink facing the circuit board is made larger than outer diameter of the circuit board. When circuit elements on the main surface of the circuit board facing the recessed portion of the main heat sink are to be repaired or inspected, the main heat sink is connected to the sub-heat sink on a main surface which is on the opposite side to the surface carrying the circuit elements, while the same heat-radiating effect as in the normal condition can be obtained.
