A wire harness routing structure for a chargeable vehicle includes a battery installed in the chargeable vehicle, a charging inlet for charging the battery, arranged on a vehicle body side part of the chargeable vehicle, and a wire harness connected to the battery and the charging inlet. A tip of the charging inlet to which the wire harness is connected is positioned inside a vehicle body passing through the vehicle body side part.

Wire harness routing structure for chargeable vehicle

A mounting structure is provided for mounting a battery pack on a floor of a vehicle cabin. The installation structure includes a bottom plate of a housing of the battery pack, cooling pipes provided inside or on a surface of the bottom plate for circulating coolant, and a plate-shaped underguard. The underguard has upwardly protruding ribs and downwardly protruding ribs that are alternately arranged. The cooling pipes are provided inside or on the surface of the bottom plate of the housing. The cooling pipes are arranged to face the downwardly protruding ribs. The underguard is attached to the housing such that a top plate of the upwardly protruding ribs and a bottom plate of the housing are spaced apart.

Vehicle mounted structure for battery pack

A heat-pump-type air-conditioning device includes an electric compressor, a condenser, a coolant discharge pipe and a muffler. The electric compressor is disposed in a motor compartment of an electric vehicle, while the condenser is disposed in a passenger compartment. The coolant discharge pipe links the electric compressor and the condenser for channeling coolant from the electric compressor to the condenser. The muffler is provided at a position partway along the coolant discharge pipe for suppressing pulsation in the coolant discharged from the electric compressor. The muffler is disposed at a position higher up in the vehicle than the than a coolant discharge port of the electric compressor. A coolant inflow port of the muffler is set at a position higher up in the vehicle than the than a coolant outflow port of the muffler.

Heat-pump-type air-conditioning device

An electric vehicle harness routing structure is provided for an electric vehicle having an electric motor as a drive source, a control device to control the electric motor as well as charging of a battery for power supply to the electric motor, and a power unit elastically supported on a vehicle body. The harness routing structure includes a charging port, a quick charging harness, a normal charging harness, a first quick-charge harness clip, a second quick-charge harness clip, a first normal-charge harness clip and a second normal-charge harness clip. The clips of the electric vehicle harness routing structure is provided such that when connecting a relatively movable power unit and charging ports with the quick charging harness and the normal charging harness, it is possible to prevent interference of between the charging harnesses.

Harness routing structure for electric vehicle

Charging/discharging harness routing structure in electric vehicle

An external heat exchanger and the accumulator tank are disposed in the circulation path of a heat medium. In the air conditioner for a vehicle, the external heat exchanger is disposed in a sideways position between member front ends of a pair of left and right side members, extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, with the heat-exchanging surface facing forward in the vehicle. The accumulator tank is disposed in a front corner area that is formed in a position that is to the outside in the vehicle width direction from the member front end of one side member of the pair of left and right side members, and that is in front of a vehicle wheel house covering a front tire.

Air conditioning device for vehicle

A charging port structure is provided to prevent unauthorized access. The charging port structure includes a charging port, a port lid, a port lid lock mechanism, a body opening lid, a body opening lid lock mechanism, an electric unlocking mechanism and a manual unlocking structure. The port lid opens and closes a front opening of a port housing having the charging port. The port lid lock mechanism maintains the port lid in a closed state. The body opening lid opens and closes a vehicle body opening. The body opening lid lock mechanism maintains the body opening lid in a closed state. The body opening lid lock mechanism is unlocked from inside a passenger compartment. The electric unlocking mechanism unlocks the port lid lock mechanism. The manual unlocking structure enables the port lid lock mechanism to be unlocked by a manual operation from the vehicle body opening.

Charging port structure

A front-end module (FEM) having in-vehicle parts incorporated in a vehicle front section are aggregated and assembled to a heat exchanger support frame, the plurality of in-vehicle parts are classified into first in-vehicle parts, which vibrate at frequencies in a first frequency band, and a second in-vehicle part, which vibrates at a frequency in a second frequency band having a frequency range higher than the frequency range in the first frequency band. The first in-vehicle parts are elastically supported by the heat exchanger support frame via first mount members. The second in-vehicle part is rigidly fixed to the heat exchanger support frame. The heat exchanger support frame is elastically supported by a vehicle body via second mount members.

Vibration suppression structure for front-end module

A vehicle component mounting arrangement is provided with a motor, an inverter, a converter and a drive power supply battery. The motor serves as a vehicle drive source. The inverter is electrically connected to the motor to supply a drive current to the motor. The inverter is vertically arranged above the motor in a vertical direction of a vehicle. The converter is arranged inside a motor room of a vehicle. The drive power supply battery is electrically connected to the converter with an electrical harness. The drive power supply battery is arranged outside the motor room on a side of the motor room that is closer to a vehicle cabin. The converter is further arranged between the inverter and the drive power supply battery with respect to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
