An electric work vehicle includes a body, a travel device in the body, a motor to drive the travel device, an inverter to supply power to the motor, an electric component, a DC/DC converter to convert a voltage of power to be supplied to the electric component, a radiator to cool coolant, and a cooling path through which the coolant cooled by the radiator circulates through the motor, the inverter, and the DC/DC converter and returns to the radiator. The cooling path extends from the radiator, passes through the inverter, the motor, and the DC/DC converter in this order, and returns to the radiator.

A power transmission mechanism includes a first motor, a second motor, a first input shaft to which power is transmitted from the first motor, a second input shaft to which power is transmitted from the second motor, a first output shaft to transmit power to a first driven portion, a second output shaft to transmit power to a second driven portion, and a transmission mechanism which includes a planetary gear mechanism to receive power from the first input shaft and from the second input shaft, and is operable to send power from the first input shaft and from the second input shaft to the first output shaft and the second output shaft.

The oil return flow path includes a uniform-cross-section flow path, and a varying-cross-section flow path continuous with a lower end of the uniform-cross-section flow path. A lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path forms an outlet of the oil return flow path and lies along an inner surface of the casing. A the lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path has a greater width than an upper end of the varying-cross-section flow path, and the lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path has a smaller thickness than the upper end of the varying-cross-section flow path.

The motor-generator is to move the work machine and to generate electric power. The battery is to store the electric power generated by the motor-generator. The power detector is to detect a charge level of the electric power stored in the battery. The temperature detector is to detect a temperature of the battery. The circuitry is configured to control the motor-generator in accordance with the charge level selectively to move the work machine or to generate electric power when the temperature of the battery detected by the temperature detector is within a temperature range.
