A secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a negative electrode wiring line, and an electrolytic solution. The negative electrode wiring line is coupled to the negative electrode. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode active material layer and a film. The film covers a surface of the negative electrode active material layer. The film includes sulfur as a constituent element. The electrolytic solution includes a chain carboxylic acid ester. Where the film is divided, in a direction away from the negative electrode wiring line, into thirds including a first film part, a second film part, and a third film part: a content of sulfur in the first film part, the third film part, or each of the first film part and the third film part is greater than or equal to 11 μmol/mand less than or equal to 22 μmol/m; a content of sulfur in the second film part is greater than or equal to 7 μmol/mand less than or equal to 13 μmol/m; and a ratio of the content of sulfur in the first film part, the third film part, or each of the first film part and the third film part to the content of sulfur in the second film part is greater than or equal to 1.2 and less than or equal to 2.1.

Secondary battery

A secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolytic solution. The positive electrode includes a lithium-nickel composite oxide. The negative electrode includes a lithium-titanium composite oxide. The electrolytic solution includes a carboxylic acid ester. The carboxylic acid ester includes at least one of ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, ethyl propionate, or propyl propionate. A first oxygen spectrum and a second oxygen spectrum are detectable by a surface analysis of the positive electrode by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The first oxygen spectrum has a peak within a range of binding energy that is greater than or equal to 528 eV and less than or equal to 531 eV. The second oxygen spectrum has a peak within a range of binding energy that is greater than 531 eV and less than or equal to 535 eV. A ratio of an intensity of the first oxygen spectrum to an intensity of the second oxygen spectrum is greater than or equal to 0.30 and less than or equal to 0.80. A third oxygen spectrum and a fourth oxygen spectrum are detectable by a surface analysis of the negative electrode by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The third oxygen spectrum has a peak within a range of binding energy that is greater than or equal to 528 eV and less than or equal to 531 eV. The fourth oxygen spectrum has a peak within a range of binding energy that is greater than 531 eV and less than or equal to 535 eV. A ratio of an intensity of the third oxygen spectrum to an intensity of the fourth oxygen spectrum is greater than or equal to 0.82 and less than or equal to 1.35.

A secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolytic solution. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode active material layer. The positive electrode active material layer includes N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. Where the positive electrode active material layer is divided equally in a width direction into two end regions and two middle regions located between the two end regions, a ratio of a content of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in the two middle regions to a content of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in the two end regions is greater than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 8.

A welding detection device includes a first circuit including a detection element, a first circuit power supply, and a second circuit. The first circuit is connected to a first line connecting a power supply and a main relay and a second line connecting a load and the main relay. The second circuit cuts off the first circuit only when the voltage difference is present between the first line and the second line while the main relay is controlled to be in an open state from a closed state.
