Provided is a hot-dip plating method that achieves good plating wettability between a metal material and a hot-dip plating bath and that makes it possible to reduce the amount of consumed energy as compared to conventional techniques. In a plating step included in the hot-dip plating method, vibration is applied to a hot-dip plating bath such that the ratio of the average sound pressure level (excluding noise) over ranges each lying between sound pressure peaks at harmonic frequencies of a fundamental frequency to the average sound pressure level (excluding noise) over the measured frequency range in an acoustic spectrum is greater than 0.2.

Method for producing a hot-dip aluminum-coated steel wire

A crimp terminal includes an F-type crimp portion and a C-type crimp portion. The F-type crimp portion has first and second barrel tabs, preferably with an identical length, for crimping a tip end of a complex stranded wire. The F-type crimp portion is adapted to have distal ends of the first and second barrel tabs put together and pushed into the tip end of the complex stranded wire to be crimped. The C-type crimp portion has a third barrel tab for crimping the complex stranded wire. The third barrel tab is wound in a C-form on an outer periphery of the complex stranded wire to be crimped. A stainless steel sheet useful as a separator for a low-temperature fuel cell has the surface state that a lot of fine projections (p) stand close together around many fine pits (d) formed over a whole surface. The surface state is realized by alternating electrolytic etching in a ferric chloride solution. When the stainless steel separator is built in a fuel cell, contact resistance between the separator and a graphite electrode is kept at a lower level even in a corrosive atmosphere. Consequently, the fuel cell can be driven with high power-generating efficiency over a long term even under severely corrosive conditions without generation of massive Joule heat.

Dihydrobenzoxazine ring-containing resin, phenolic-triazine-aldehyde condensate and epoxy resin

A stainless steel separator, which is good of corrosion-resistance and low of contact-resistance, is proposed for a fuel cell. Its surface faced to a fuel electrode is pickled, which the other surface faced to an oxidizing electrode is roughened by electrolytic etching or the like. The roughening treatment may be performed before or after pickling and passivation. The roughened surface of the stainless steel separator without pickling or passivation may be faced to the oxidizing electrode.

Stainless steel separator for low-temperature fuel cell

The present invention relates to a resin composition containing an epoxy resin, an amine-type curing agent, an organophosphorus compound having a structure represented by formula 1 and an organic solvent, wherein the epoxy resin and the organophosphorus compound has been compounded at a temperature of 50&deg; C. or lower. The resin composition has enough flame retardancy without containing any halogen-containing flame retarder, has good heat resistance and good chemical resistance, and causes no problems with respect to reaction stability or curability caused by consumption of an epoxy resin through a reaction occurring during compounding of the resin composition.
