A rubbery buckling-type marine fender such as cell-type hollow cylindrical marine fender, frustoconical-type hollow cylindrical marine fender, V-shaped marine fender or the like comprises a main rubber body portion, a securing flange portion, and a shock receiving portion, in which a rubber thickened region is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the main rubber body portion at a given position adjacent or close to a buckling point to prevent falling of reaction force during the buckling deformation.

A marine fender provided with a shock receiving plate is disclosed. In the marine fender, at least one rod member is embedded in a shock receiving portion along its side edge and connected to the shock receiving plate by means of connecting members.

A marine fender is disclosed, which comprises a hollow cylindrical body composed of rubber or rubbery elastic material, each end of which being provided with a flange for a quay wall or a shock receiving member, an annular rigid reinforcing plate embedded in each flange, and a fillet reinforcement provided on a foot portion of each flange. In the marine fender, an annular groove is further formed in a region adjacent to the fillet reinforcement at each end of the body.

A hollow marine fender comprising a hollow cylindrical body formed of elastic rubber material. At least one end portion of a center surface of the hollow cylindrical body diverge toward the end thereof to form a horn-shaped portion.
