A wire harness manufacturing method includes a conduction path inserting step of inserting one or a plurality of conduction paths from one end of a resin-made tubular exterior member to the other end thereof, and an exterior member working step of performing post-working on one or a plurality of parts of the exterior member, after the conduction path inserting step. The exterior member working step includes forming a convex-shaped part when viewed from an inner surface side of the exterior member by performing the post-working using heat on an outer surface side of the exterior member. The convex-shaped part is a vibration suppressing part to reduce a play rate of the conduction path in the exterior member and suppress a vibration of the conduction path.

Wire harness manufacturing method

A wire harness includes an exterior member having a tube shape. The exterior member includes a flexible tube part formed in a flexible bellows tube shape and a straight tube part. The straight tube part is formed continuously with the flexible tube part so as to arrange the conductive path straight and has a non-bellows tube shape. A continuous portion between the flexible tube part and the straight tube part includes a tapered portion formed in a whole peripheral direction of the exterior member so as to reduce stress concentration in the continuous portion. An inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion include slopes connecting a top of a bellows projection of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part, or connecting a groove bottom of a bellows recess of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part.

Wire harness

An outer cover is made of resin, and includes a flexible tube portion having flexibility and a straight tube portion to be arranged in a straight manner. At least one of the flexible tube portion and the straight tube portion has differently shaped sections contiguously formed along a tube axial direction.

A wire harness exterior member includes a flexible tube portion, an inflexible tube portion, and a post-attached part attached to a boundary between the flexible tube portion and the inflexible tube portion. The post-attached part is attached such that at least a portion of an attaching surface of a rigid attaching portion overlaps the flexible tube portion.

Wire harness exterior member and wire harness

An exterior member includes a tubular body which allows one or more conductive paths to be stored and protected therein. The tubular body has no slit. The tubular body includes a plurality of protruding portions formed in an inner surface of the tubular body. Each of the plurality of protruding portions includes an R part having a substantially circular arc shape extending along a circumferential direction of an inner surface of the tubular body. Each of the plurality of protruding portions has a substantially U-shaped or V-shaped smooth surface in a cross-section cut along a tube axis of the tubular body. The plurality of protruding portions are disposed at positions on a helix around the tube axis.

Exterior member and wire harness

A wire harness, comprising a tube-shaped exterior member and one or multiple conductive paths to be inserted into and protected by the exterior member. The exterior member includes a flexible tube part having a flexible bellows tube shape and a straight tube part not having the flexible bellows tube shape. The one or multiple conductive paths are straightly wired into the straight tube part and the straight tube part is continuous with the flexible tube part. A continuous portion of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part includes multiple reinforcement shape portions which are capable of withstanding stress concentration in the continuous portion and are arranged in a tube outer peripheral direction of the exterior member.

A wire harness includes a conductive path and an exterior member with a tubular shape which covers the conductive path. The exterior member includes a straight tubular portion in which a pair of one wall and the other wall are formed, and the straight tubular portion includes a concave portion in at least the one wall, with the concave portion being positioned close to the conductive path.

A corrugated tube includes: a tubular body including outer-face bellows recess sections outer-face bellows protruding sections in a circumferential direction as viewed from an outside, wherein the outer-face bellows recess section and the outer-face bellows protruding section are alternately arranged continuously in an axial direction of the tubular body. Deep groove sections are formed in some of the outer-face bellows recess sections. The deep groove section has: a shape being recessed partially in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction; a shape protruding toward an inner side of the tubular body; and a shape having a pair of tapered sections as viewed from the axial direction of the tubular body.

Corrugated tube and wire harness

An exterior member end cap, to be attached to an end portion of a tubular shaped exterior member from which at least one conductive path is withdrawn, is provided. The exterior member end cap includes a cap main body and a first sealing member. The cap main body is inserted into the exterior member from the end portion so as to be disposed on an outside of the conductive path. The first sealing member has a elasticity, is disposed on an outside of the cap main body in close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the cap main body, is close contact with an inner peripheral surface of the exterior member, and has a continuous bubble structure.

Exterior member end cap and wire harness

An exterior member has an exterior member body having a base color, and an identification mark having an identification color different from the base color. The identification mark includes at least one of a plurality of line marks provided parallel to each other, and a line mark provided continuously and spirally.

Exterior member and electric wire arrangement structure

A wire harness includes at least one conductive path, and an exterior member that accommodates and protects the conductive path. The exterior member is a molded resin component made of a resin material which has a black color or a dark color close to the black color.

Dark exterior wire harness with heat-reflection and identification portion

A wire harness has at least one electrically conducting path and an exterior member accommodating the electrically conducting path to protect the electrically conducting path. The exterior member has a heat reflecting portion provided at at least a portion of an outer surface of the exterior member to reflect external heat.

A tubular outer member which houses and protects a conductive path, the tubular outer member includes a fixing member mounting portion in which a conductive path fixing member is to be mounted so as to fix the conductive path. The fixing member mounting portion includes a guide groove configured to guide a conductive path winding portion of the conductive path fixing member extending like a line or a belt, and a pair of lead-in/out portions. The conductive path winding portion is to be inserted to and pulled out from the pair of lead-in/out portions.

Outer member, outer member manufacturing method and wire harness

A wire harness includes an electrical pathway and a pipe like exterior member that covers the electrical pathway. The exterior member includes a low rigidity portion which is flexible and a high rigidity portion which is unflexible and has a rigidity higher than the low rigidity portion, and the low rigidity portion and the high rigidity portion are successively arranged in an extending direction of the electrical pathway.

An exterior member having a tubular form which accommodates and protects a conductive path, the exterior member includes at least one conductive path holding part which holds the conductive path. The at least one conductive path holding part is configured in a protruding part in an inner surface of the tube, and in a recessed part in an outer surface of the tube. In the recessed part, one or a plurality of protrusions are formed which protrude outward. The protrusions are configured in forms having elasticity.
