Method for crystallization heat treating a stack of amorphous alloy ribbons

The present disclosure provides a method that ensures easily manufacturing an alloy ribbon piece having excellent soft magnetic properties. The method is a method for manufacturing an alloy ribbon piece obtained by crystallizing an amorphous alloy ribbon piece and including: increasing a temperature of the amorphous alloy ribbon piece to a crystallization starting temperature; and increasing the temperature of the amorphous alloy ribbon piece from the crystallization starting temperature to a crystallization process termination temperature equal to or less than a crystallization completion temperature. A temperature increase rate of the amorphous alloy ribbon piece in the increasing of the temperature of the amorphous alloy ribbon piece from the crystallization starting temperature to the crystallization process termination temperature satisfies &#x394;Q&#x2264;&#x394;Q+mc&#x394;T where a self-heating amount, a heat discharge amount, a mass, a specific heat, and a temperature increase width of the amorphous alloy ribbon piece per unit time is &#x394;Q, &#x394;Q, m, c, and &#x394;T, respectively.

A front link shifts, based on power transmitted from a first guide shaft of a front shoe, among a full-close corresponding position that allows a movable panel to be arranged in a full-close position, a front-up corresponding position that allows the movable panel to be arranged in a front-up position, and a full-open corresponding position that allows the movable panel to be arranged in a full-open position. A manufacturing method of a sunroof apparatus includes a panel drive unit including a first guide rail arranged at each end portion of a roof opening portion, a panel support member configured to displace a movable panel to open and close the roof opening portion in accordance with a movement of a first moving portion, and a shade unit including a second guide rail arranged inward relative to the first guide rail in the vehicle width direction. The first guide rail and the second guide rail are separately provided. A roll shade device includes: a fixed shaft fixed to a roof of a vehicle and extending in a vehicle width direction; a flexible rotation shaft into which the fixed shaft is inserted; a light shielding sheet whose first terminal end portion is fixed to the rotation shaft, and which is in an unfolded state where light passing through a light transmitting portion provided to the roof is blocked or is in a winding state where light is allowed to pass; and a torsion spring which is accommodated between the fixed shaft and the rotation shaft, and which biases the rotation shaft in a rotation direction in which the light shielding sheet is wound so that twist of the rotation shaft becomes symmetrical in the vehicle width direction.

Roll shade device

A sunroof device includes support members, which are attached to a movable panel, sliding members, which are slidable along guide rails, movable members, rotating bodies, two front-side rack gears, and two rear-side rack gears. Each movable member is fixed to one of the sliding members and supported by the corresponding one of the support members to be movable. Front and rear-side rotating bodies are respectively supported by front and rear portions of the movable panel. The front-side rack gears are coupled to the front-side rotating body such that the distances from the center of the movable panel to the front ends of the two movable members are equal. The rear-side rack gears are coupled to the rear-side rotating body such that distances from the center of the movable panel to the rear ends of the two movable members are equal.

Sunroof device

A sunroof device includes a sunroof unit, a looped first seal, and a second seal. The sunroof unit supports a panel capable of closing an opening of a roof of a vehicle. The sunroof unit includes a frame provided with two guide rails placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle widthwise direction and two housings placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle front-to-rear direction to connect front ends of the two guide rails to each other and rear ends of the two guide rails to each other in the vehicle widthwise direction. The first seal is arranged between an entire periphery of the opening and the frame. The second seal is arranged between opposing surfaces of the guide rails and the housings at portions where the guide rails are coupled to the housings. The second seal is butt against the first seal.

A sunroof panel for a vehicle includes a panel, a reinforcement member including a pair of side frames, a front frame, and a rear frame, and a joint portion joining first distal ends of the side frames to distal ends of the front frame, respectively, the joint portion joining second distal ends of the side frames to distal ends of the rear frame, respectively. At least one of the pair of the side frames, the front frame and the rear frame is made from a material that includes a specific gravity less than a specific gravity of the others of the pair of the side frames, the front frame and the rear frame.

Sunroof panel for vehicle

A vehicular deflector device includes an upper frame and a lower frame, a mesh member, two holding projections, and a pivot stopper. The upper and lower frames extend in a vehicle widthwise direction. The mesh member includes two short-side direction terminal portions respectively held by the upper frame and the lower frame. The mesh member is protruded from a plane of the roof together with the upper frame when the upper frame is lifted relative to the lower frame, and the mesh member is stored below an upper surface of the roof together with the upper frame when the upper frame is lowered relative to the lower frame. The two holding projections arranged on two extending direction end portions of the lower frame are respectively inserted into two holding holes formed in a roof member. The pivot stopper restricts pivoting of the lower frame about the holding projections.

Vehicular deflector device

A sunroof device comprising: a drive cable having driving teeth arranged in a longitudinal direction and being driven to move in the vehicle front-rear direction along a guiderail; and a sliding member that controls the posture of a functional bracket together with a movable panel, in conjunction with movement in the vehicle front-rear direction. The sunroof device also comprises: driven teeth formed on the sliding member, that are meshed with the driving teeth and restrict relative movement of the drive cable and the sliding member in the vehicle front-rear direction; and a mounted portion formed on the guiderail. The drive cable and the sliding member, in which the driving teeth are meshed with the driven teeth, are mounted on the mounted portion, and the mounted portion holds these in the vehicle lateral and vertical directions.

A deflector device for a vehicle includes an upper frame arranged along the front edge of an opening formed in the roof of the vehicle, and a mesh member coupled to the upper frame and fixed at the front edge of the opening. The upper frame is raised and lowered with respect to the roof in accordance with the opening and closing operation of a movable panel, which opens and closes the opening. The mesh member is changed between a deployed state and a stored state in accordance with the raising and lowering of the upper frame. The upper frame includes a front end in the vehicle front-rear direction and a coupling position to which the mesh member is coupled. The upper frame includes a protrusion between the front end and the coupling position.

Deflector device for vehicle

A sunshade device is provided with a shading sheet adapted to shade light incident through an opening formed in the vehicle to an interior of a passenger compartment or to permit the passage of the light. The shading sheet moves along a pair of guide rails having guide passages, which slidably support both ends of the shading sheet in the lateral direction of the vehicle. The sunshade device is provided with shielding members extending in the longitudinal direction of the guide rails and shielding the guide passages from the interior of the passenger compartment.
