In a gas turbine in which a seal member seals a gap between a transition piece and a nozzle end wall in a turbine first stage, the transition piece and the nozzle end wall has a seal groove. The seal member includes a hook portion that slides in the turbine radial direction with respect to the flange and a seal plate portion inserted in the groove. The groove and the portion are configured to include a surface contact region in which a surface of the groove and the portion are in surface contact with each other, a non-contact region disposed on a side closer to the transition piece than the region, and a hole provided at the portion so as to face the surface in the groove across a gap in the region.

A turbine blade includes cooling passages formed inside the blade and extending in a blade height direction, blade surfaces on a suction side and a pressure side being covered with thermal barrier coating, a design point on a suction side being set on the blade surface on the suction side of each blade section perpendicular to the blade height direction within a range from a position on a back side of and including a throat position, and to a position in front of and not including a tailing end of a final cooling passage. Thickness distribution of the thermal barrier coating on the suction side of each blade section is configured such that a thickness of the thermal barrier coating is uniform from a blade leading edge to the design point and gradually reduces from the design point toward the back side up to the blade trailing edge.

A turbine rotor blade is provided that can reduce a total pressure loss at a blade cross-section on a tip side of the blade and suppress degradation in performance even if cooling air mixes in toward the blade. The rotor blade is mounted to a rotor to form a turbine blade row rotating in a stationary member that includes a platform forming a gas passage through which a mainstream gas flows and an airfoil extending from a gas passage plane in a radial direction vertical to the rotational axis of the rotor, the gas passage plane being a plane of the platform and forming the gas passage. A clearance between the tip-side end face, which is a leading end-side end face of the airfoil, and the stationary member facing the tip-side end face is smaller on the downstream side than on the upstream side.

Turbine rotor blade

A gas turbine blade includes a hollow-blade-form portion formed by a leading edge on an upstream side of an working fluid of a gas turbine in a flow direction, a trailing edge on a downstream side of the working fluid in the flow direction, and a suction surface and a pressure surface reaching the trailing edge from the leading edge, and a shank portion for supporting the blade form portion. The blade also includes a partition for connecting the suction surface and the pressure surface in a hollow region of the blade-form portion, coolant paths formed by the partition, the suction surface, and the pressure surface, an impingement cooling hole formed in the partition for dividing the first path that is a flow path nearest to the leading edge side among the coolant paths and the second path adjacent to the first path, and first and second converter portions.

Gas turbine, gas turbine blade, and manufacturing method of gas turbine blade

A gas turbine stator vane is effective for suppressing a secondary flow in a region sandwiched between a suction surface side and a pressure surface side, as well as for suppressing augmentation of a horseshoe-shaped vortex occurring near a leading edge of the vane. The stator vane includes a vane profile portion having a pressure surface concaved to a chord line of the vane, and a suction surface convexed to the chord line; an outer-circumferential end wall positioned at an outer circumferential side of the vane profile portion; and an inner-circumferential end wall positioned at an inner circumferential side of the vane profile portion. An outer-circumferential end wall inner surface that is an inner-circumferential surface of the outer-circumferential end wall has an inward convexed shape and an outward convexed shape, at the suction surface side of the vane profile portion.

Gas turbine stator vane

Provided in one embodiment is a two-shaft gas turbine that exhibits improved reliability, output power, and efficiency. The turbine operates stably by establishing a balance between the driving force of a compressor and the output power of a high-pressure turbine in the case where the two-shaft gas turbine is applied to a system, in which the flow rate of a fluid flowing into a combustor is higher than a simple cycle gas turbine. A portion of the fluid driving the high-pressure turbine is allowed to flow not into the high-pressure turbine but into a low-pressure turbine.

Two-shaft gas turbine

Motive power supply equipment for a natural gas liquefaction plant includes gas turbine equipment having a compressor for compressing air, a combustor for generating combustion gases by burning a fuel and the compressed air from the compressor, and a turbine rotated by the combustion gases from the combustor. A low-temperature heat source supply system is provided which, during rated load operation of the gas turbine equipment, supplies carbon dioxide as a cooling medium to the gas turbine equipment in order to cool the gas turbine equipment. The carbon dioxide supplied is generated by separation from the natural gas in the natural gas purification equipment.

Natural gas liquefaction plant and motive power supply equipment for same

A gas turbine includes a nozzle vane and a sealing unit engaged with the nozzle vane inside a turbine supplied with combustion gases produced by mixing and burning air for combustion and fuel. The nozzle vane and the sealing unit are disposed in a channel of the downward flowing combustion gases on the outlet side of a gas path. A plurality of engagement portions between the sealing unit and the nozzle vane are provided successively from the upstream side toward the downstream side in a direction of flow of the combustion gases, and a downstream one of the plurality of engagement portions has a contact interface formed in a direction across a turbine rotary shaft. A reduction in the thermal efficiency of the gas turbine can be suppressed.

Gas turbine and gas turbine cooling method

The invention provides a production process of a gas turbine capable of being applied to various cycles. A principal part of a gas turbine is set in advance based on roughly set conditions, and the number of stages of a compressor and the number of stages of a turbine, which can provide conditions suitable for a desired cycle, are set based on the set principal part. The compressor and the turbine each having the set number of stages and included in the principal part are combined with each other to construct the gas turbine. When the set number of stages of the compressor or the turbine differs among a plurality of desired cycles, a substantially disk-shaped member having an outer periphery, which forms an inner peripheral wall of a substantially annular flow passage of the compressor or the turbine, is assembled into the cycle having a smaller number of stages so that the bearing-to-bearing distance is kept constant in the gas turbine operated in the plurality of desired cycles.

Production process of gas turbine

A turbine rotor can fix the heat resisting pipes provided in divided form per the disk member with simple structure for preventing wearing and damaging. The turbine rotor includes a coolant flow path formed through a plurality of disc shaped members respectively stacked across stacking planes in axial direction, a heat resisting pipe divided into a plurality of fractions adapted to be inserted into a portion of the coolant flow path defined in each disc shaped member, spot facing recesses each formed at opening portion of coolant flow path at the same side of the disc shaped member coaxially with the coolant flow path and having greater inner diameter than the opening portion, and ring shaped projecting portions formed at respective end portions of the fractions of the heat resisting pipe and engageable with respective spot facing recesses.

Turbine rotor

A production process of a gas turbine capable of being applied to various cycles. A principal part of a gas turbine is initially set based on roughly set conditions, and the number of stages of the compressor and of the turbine for a desired cycle are set for the principal part. The compressor and the turbine each having the set number of stages and included in the principal part are combined to construct the gas turbine. When the set number of stages of the compressor or the turbine differs for a different desired cycle, a disk-shaped member having an outer periphery, which forms an inner peripheral wall of the annular flow passage of the compressor or the turbine, is assembled into the principal part having a smaller number of stages so that the bearing-to-bearing distance is kept constant.
