A gas collection device is installed in a toilet including a toilet seat and a toilet bowl. The gas collection device includes a flow path connected to a predetermined tank, and an introduction portion that introduces a sample gas into the flow path. The introduction portion is located between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl, or located inside or above the toilet seat. The introduction portion does not protrude toward an inside of the toilet bowl from a rim portion of the toilet bowl when located between the toilet seat and the rim portion. The introduction portion does not protrude toward the inside of the toilet bowl from the toilet seat when located inside or above the toilet seat.

Gas collection device and gas detection system

A gas detection system includes a sensor unit that outputs a voltage corresponding to a concentration of a specific gas, a supply unit, and a control unit. The supply unit is capable of supplying a sample gas and a purge gas to the sensor unit. The control unit controls the supply unit to alternately supply the sample gas and the purge gas to the sensor unit. The control unit acquires a voltage waveform output by the sensor unit and detects a type and concentration of a gas contained in the sample gas, using a multiple regression analysis using characteristics of the voltage waveform as explanatory variables.

A gas detection system includes a sensor unit that outputs a voltage corresponding to a concentration of a specific gas, a first chamber capable of storing a supplied sample gas, a second chamber located between the first chamber and the sensor unit, and a flow path connectable to an inlet of the second chamber. The second chamber has a smaller area than the first chamber in a cross section perpendicular to a gas flow direction in the first chamber. The sample gas is supplied from the first chamber to the second chamber, and then a purge gas is supplied from the flow path to the second chamber to supply the sample gas to the sensor unit.

The present invention reduces magnetic fog noise of an actuator. An actuator is used jointly with a position detection element to locate a lens in a direction of a first axis. A coil is formed in a manner of setting a second axis perpendicular to the first axis as a length direction, and has a first side and a second side parallel to the second axis, and a third side and a fourth side parallel to the first axis. A permanent magnet produces magnetic fields perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis and being in opposite directions with respect to the first side and the second side, respectively. During use, the position detection element is configured near the third side. The coil is split into multiple parts in a width direction on at least the third side.

Another embodiment of the method includes forming a lower film containing a metal element; forming an upper film, which contains the metal element and a substance that contains oxygen, on the lower film; generating oxygen gas by heating the substance; and forming a semiconductor layer containing a metal chalcogenide from the lower film and the upper film by allowing a chalcogen element to react with the metal element in the lower film and the upper film.

A voltage generating unit includes an output transistor arranged as a first-terminal side extension of a path that includes a first terminal, a first resistive film, and a second terminal, and is configured to apply a first bias voltage to the first terminal. A current detection unit includes a detection transistor connected to the output transistor such that they form a current mirror circuit, a detection resistor arranged on a path of the detection transistor, and an amplifier circuit configured to amplify the difference between a voltage drop across a detection resistor and a predetermined voltage, and to output the difference thus amplified as a value which represents a panel current.

A photoelectric conversion device is disclosed. The photoelectric conversion device includes an electrode layer and a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer is located on the electrode layer and contains a group I-III-VI compound. In the semiconductor layer, an atomic ratio of a group I-B element to a group III-B element decreases from one principal surface side of the semiconductor layer on the electrode layer side to a central portion in a thickness direction and increases from the central portion to another principal surface side on a side opposite to the electrode layer.

Photoelectric conversion device

A first resistive film is arranged such that one edge thereof is connected to a first terminal, and an edge that is opposite to the aforementioned edge is connected to a second terminal. A second resistive film is arranged with a gap between it and the first resistive film such that one edge thereof is connected to a third terminal.
