A control device includes: first circuitry that generates a command to cause a robot to autonomously grind a grinding target portion; second circuitry that generates a command to cause the robot to grind a grinding target portion according to manipulation information from an operation device; third circuitry that controls operation of the robot according to the command; storage that stores image data of a grinding target portion and operation data of the robot corresponding to the command; and forth circuitry that performs machine learning by using image data of a grinding target portion and the operation data for the grinding target portion, receives the image data as input data, and outputs an operation correspondence command corresponding to the operation data as output data. The first circuitry generates the command, based on the operation correspondence command.

Control device, control system, robot system, and control method

A welding torch includes a torch body including a flow path forming portion that forms a shielding gas flow path into which an inert gas flows and an outer gas flow path communicating with the shielding gas flow path, a first gas lens that straightens the inert gas in the shielding gas flow path and blows the inert gas out as a shielding gas, and a second gas lens that straightens the inert gas in the outer gas flow path and blows the inert gas out as an outer gas. Provided is an all-position welding device that performs butt welding of tubes, and includes the welding torch and a rotation mechanism for rotating the welding torch around the tube.

Welding torch and all-position welding device

A welding torch includes a gas lens of a lattice structure that straightens a shielding gas. The welding torch includes a non-consumable electrode, an electrode holder into which the non-consumable electrode is inserted, and a torch body including a sleeve that holds the electrode holder, a flow path forming portion that forms a shielding gas flow path around the sleeve, and a nozzle that forms a shielding gas guiding space around a distal end of the non-consumable electrode, the distal end extending from the electrode holder, in which the gas lens is provided so as to separate the shielding gas flow path from the shielding gas guiding space.

A weld overlay system includes a rotation drive section which rotates a tube around its axis; and a welding unit which applies a weld material to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating tube, while the welding unit is advanced along an axial direction of the tube, the welding unit includes: a welding torch; and a weld material supply section which supplies the weld material, the welding torch is disposed such that a tip end of the welding torch is located at an angular position that is advanced at a predetermined angle in a direction opposite to a rotational direction of the tube, and the welding torch is inclined at a predetermined angle in the rotational direction of the tube with respect to a reference line passing through a center axis of the tube and the tip end of the welding torch, viewed from the axial direction of the tube.

Weld overlay system

A weld overlay system includes a workpiece jig holding a workpiece in manner that the workpiece center axis direction is parallel to X-axis direction, and rotates the workpiece in circumferential direction, a carriage, welding base supported on the carriage in manner that the welding base is displaceable with respect to the carriage in Y-axis direction and Z-axis direction, at least one pair of rollers and welding torch are supported on the welding base, and like. Pair of rollers include rotary shafts extend in parallel with the X-axis and are spaced apart from each other in Y-axis direction. The rollers are pressed against portion of the workpiece above the workpiece center axis C. The welding torch is supported on the welding base in manner that distances in Y-axis direction from the rotary shafts of the pair of rollers to the tip end of the welding torch are equal to each other.

The system includes imaging unit which images a work space at a viewpoint position in a visual line direction of a worker together with an other component to which one component is to be installed, a position attitude information obtaining unit which obtains position attitude information which indicates relative position attitude relation between viewpoint of the worker and other component in the work space, a virtual image generating unit which generates virtual image of an actual shape of the one component at the viewpoint position in the visual line direction of the worker based on position attitude information, an image composing unit which generates composite image by superimposing virtual image on a real image in the work space imaged by the imaging unit, and display unit which displays composite image. According to the system, efficiency of component assembly work can be considerably improved by using mixed reality technology.

Component assembly work support system and component assembly method

A welding device which performs butt welding of tubes includes a table. The table supports a rotary member of a circular-arc shape to which a welding torch is mounted, and a gear train that rotates the rotary member around a center axis of the tubes. The welding device includes a first movement mechanism that moves the table in a first direction perpendicular to the center axis of the tubes, and a second movement mechanism that moves the first movement mechanism in a second direction perpendicular to the center axis of the tubes and the first direction.

The system includes imaging unit configured to image a work space at a viewpoint position in a visual line direction of a worker together with a workpiece, a position attitude information obtaining unit configured to obtain a position attitude information which indicates a relative position attitude relation between a viewpoint of the worker and the workpiece in the work space, a virtual image generating unit configured to generate a three-dimensional virtual image which indicates a completed shape of the workpiece in the viewpoint position and the visual line direction of the worker based on the position attitude information, an image composing unit configured to generate a composite image by superimposing the virtual image on a real image of the work space, and a display unit configured to display the composite image. According to the system, efficiency of workpiece machining work can be considerably improved by using the mixed reality technology.
