A canceler device includes: a line connector having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, the line connector being configured to output a signal provided to the first terminal to the second terminal; and a reflection circuit to output a reflected wave of the signal output to the second terminal to the third terminal. The reflection circuit includes: a first variable resistor having a first end connected to the second terminal; a second variable resistor having a first end connected to the second terminal and a second end grounded; and a parallel resonance circuit having a first end connected to a second end of the first variable resistor and a second end grounded.

A radiation element for radiating a microwave into the heating chamber at least one hollow dielectric member in which a gas is sealed, the hollow dielectric member having electrodes and a control unit having a plasma control unit for controlling the state of the hollow dielectric member and a current adjustment unit for adjusting a current to be applied to the electrodes of the hollow dielectric member under the control of the plasma control unit, the current adjustment unit being connected to the electrodes; and wherein the plasma control unit controls the state of the hollow dielectric member to put into one of states of: a plasma state in which the microwave is reflected by the gas; a plasma state in which the microwave is absorbed by the gas; and a gas state in which the microwave is allowed to be transmitted through the gas.

An antenna device includes a ground conductor (), a dielectric tube () containing an ionizing gas and passing through the ground conductor, whose folded-back portion () and both ends are disposed in different sides of the ground conductor, first electrodes () disposed at both ends of the dielectric tube (), a plasma excitation power supply connected to the first electrodes, bringing the ionizing gas into a plasma state; a second electrode () ring-shaped and disposed at the both ends side of dielectric tube () from the ground conductor (), fitted to and in contact with the dielectric tube outer surface, a high frequency transmitter () supplying a high frequency signal to the second electrode (), and a feed line () connecting the second electrode and the high frequency transmitter. Each end of the dielectric tube () is larger than the second electrode in the inner diameter.
