A voltage determinator which determines a battery voltage using a voltage determination circuit and is configured to output the determination voltage to a corrector in a separate body includes a characteristics signal generation circuit that is configured to output a characteristics signal indicating characteristics of the voltage determination circuit to the corrector.

An integrated circuit includes a power supply terminal, a ground terminal, a plurality of first input terminals connected to a battery cell, a signal processing circuit having a plurality of second input terminals, and a switch unit, wherein the first input terminals and the second input terminals correspond to each other one-to-one, the switch unit electrically connects arbitrary second input terminals of the plurality of second input terminals to non-correspondence terminals, which are terminals that do not correspond to the arbitrary second input terminals, and the non-correspondence terminals are the second input terminals other than the arbitrary second input terminals, the first input terminals that do not correspond to any of the group consisting of the arbitrary second input terminals, the ground terminal, and the power supply terminal.

A circuit protection device is provided between a direct-current power supply and a protection object circuit connected to the direct-current power supply, and protects the protection object circuit from an overvoltage of the direct-current power supply by shutting off a connection between the direct-current power supply and the protection object circuit using a predetermined interrupting element. The circuit protection device includes a bypass circuit which suppresses an electric alternating-current component from flowing to the interrupting element.

The first mounting region is provided for each of the battery monitoring ICs.

In a voltage detection apparatus for detecting voltage of battery modules, it is possible to detect that a shut-off element performed operation in a certain one of a plurality of battery modules connected in parallel. The voltage detection apparatus detects voltage of the plurality of battery modules each including a shut-off element and connected in parallel with respect to a load, and decides whether the shut-off elements are operating based on the cell voltage in a state that the plurality of battery modules are disconnected from a power supply line by switching wares.

A voltage detection device is provided which includes: a plurality of wires that are connected to a plurality of battery cells of a battery; a voltage detection circuit that operates with supply of electric power from the battery and detects voltages of the plurality of battery cells via the plurality of wires; an overvoltage protection circuit that electrically connects one or more wires of the plurality of wires to a minus terminal of the battery when the voltage of the one or more wires is higher than a predetermined threshold value; and a breaker circuit that irreversibly breaks electrical connection between the minus terminal and the voltage detection circuit using a current flowing from the one or more wires to the minus terminal.

A battery connection module is adapted to connect a battery pack, the battery connection module comprises: a carrying tray; a plurality of busbars mounted on the carrying tray and adapted to electrically connect a plurality of batteries of the battery pack; a flexible circuit board mounted on the carrying tray and mechanically and electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, the flexible circuit board having a frame-shaped portion with an opening, a flexible mating portion being provided in the opening of the frame-shaped portion; and a battery management system mounted on the carrying tray, positioned above the flexible circuit board and comprising a flexible circuit board connector; the flexible mating portion extending into the opening and being reversely bent and mated with the flexible circuit board connector on the battery management system. These components are integrated to an integrated module that facilitates subsequent assembling and use.

Battery connection module

A battery voltage detection device includes a battery; a voltage detection circuit; and a low-pass filter provided between the battery and the voltage detection circuit. The low-pass filter includes a capacitor of which one end is connected to a terminal of the battery and the other end is connected to a voltage source outputting a voltage higher than a terminal voltage of the battery.

A ground fault detecting device includes a signal generating unit that generates a signal for ground fault detection, a signal supply unit that supplies the signal for ground fault detection to an object of ground fault detection a signal processing unit that executes signal processing of a detection-target signal including at least the signal for ground fault detection obtained from the object of ground fault detection a signal separating unit that extracts the signal for ground fault detection from an output signal of the signal processing unit, and a ground fault detecting unit that detects occurrence of a ground fault in the object of ground fault detection based on the signal for ground fault detection output from the signal separating unit. The signal supply unit and the signal separating unit are configured by passive elements. The signal generating unit and the signal processing unit are configured as active circuits.

Ground fault detecting device

A battery voltage detector includes, but is not limited to: a voltage detection circuit; and a voltage processor. The voltage detection circuit includes, but is not limited to: a capacitor configured to be charged by a battery cell; a pair of output terminals; an output switch; and a voltage processor. While the capacitor is charged, the output switch is configured to be off-state and insulate the capacitor from the pair of the output terminals. After the capacitor is charged, the output switch is configured to be on-state and connect the capacitor to the pair of the output terminals. The voltage processor is configured to obtain, as a cell voltage, a voltage between the output terminals of the voltage detection circuit while the output switch is on-state. A high-potential output terminal of the pair of the output terminals is connected to a power line via a pull-up resistor.
