There are provided an inward-bent part,slightly extending to one end side of a cylindrical member,inwardly in a radial direction, and a thin rubber member coated part,on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member, which the rubber member coated part has an inner diameter equal to or smaller than an inner diameter of the inward-bent part. An orifice member,and a diaphragm member,are inserted into the rubber member coated part on one end side of the cylindrical member to close thereby an opening portion on the one end side thereof. A rubber member,subjected to vulcanization and bonding and a fitting member,fixed to the rubber member,are provided on the other end side of the cylindrical member to close thereby an opening portion on the other end side thereof Since the inner diameter of the inward-bent part is made smaller than the outer diameter of the diaphragm member by conducting drawing to the cylindrical member, the diaphragm member is stopped by the inward-bent part. As a result, even if the fastening force is lowered by, for example, the fatigue of the rubber member coated part, it is possible to ensure preventing the diaphragm member and the like from slipping out of the cylindrical member.

Liquid filled vibration isolator

A cylinder-shaped vibration isolator includes an installation fitting, an inner cylinder-shaped fitting, a rubber elastic supporter, and elastic stoppers. The installation fitting includes a cylinder-shaped installation member. The rubber elastic supporter includes opposite elongation leading ends, extensions, and opposite leading end surfaces. The opposite elongation leading ends have a leading end surface. The extensions are extended from the opposite elongation leading ends in opposite circumferential directions substantially, and have a leading end surface. The opposite leading end surfaces are shared by the leading end surfaces of the opposite elongation leading ends and the extensions, are dented in a centripetal direction as a concaved curvature configuration, and are pressed against the inner periphery of the cylinder-shaped installation member. Because the opposite leading end surfaces of the opposite extension leading ends and the extensions are formed as a concaved curvature configuration, they are hardly separated from the inner periphery of the cylinder-shaped installation member even when a large rolling load is input into the cylinder-shaped vibration isolator. Thus, there scarcely arise the problems resulting from the separation, such as wear on the leading end surfaces of the opposite elongation leading ends and the extensions, and the foreign materials held between the leading end surfaces and the inner periphery of the cylinder-shaped installation member.

Cylinder-shaped vibration isolator

An engine mount includes an inner member and an outer cylinder having a circumferential position around a central axis of the engine mount, the circumferential position being changeable relative to the inner member. A bracket fixed to the inner member supports an engine on the engine mount, the bracket having a circumferential position around the central axis of the engine mount which is changeable relative to the outer cylinder. A stopper of an elastic material is provided on one of the outer cylinder and the inner member, the stopper contacting the other of the outer cylinder and the inner member when a change in length of one of the outer cylinder and the inner member relative to the other exceeds a reference level. An interconnecting member of an elastic material exerts a pressing force on the outer cylinder and the inner member such that the other of the outer cylinder and the inner member is contacted by the stopper to prevent the change in length of one of the outer cylinder and the inner member from further increasing from the reference level. A reference position indicating unit indicates whether the circumferential positions of the outer cylinder and the bracket relative to each other around the central axis of the engine mount are reference positions.
