A solar cell module includes: a solar cell; a conductive light-reflective film disposed on a back surface side of the solar cell, the conductive light-reflective film extending from an edge portion of the solar cell; an insulating member disposed between a back surface of the solar cell and the conductive light-reflective film; and a back-surface side encapsulant covering the solar cell and the conductive light-reflective film from the back surface side of the solar cell, wherein the insulating member is made of a material harder than a material of the back-surface side encapsulant.

Provided is a solar cell module having improved weatherability. A frame body has a groove. A module main body is inserted into the groove. An adhesive material is disposed in the groove. The adhesive material is provided at least on a part of a frame body portion excluding frame body corner portions. Through holes communicating with the groove are provided at the corner portions of the frame body.

A solar cell has multiple busbar electrodes formed at intervals and multiple finger electrodes formed between the busbar electrodes. The finger electrodes comprise multiple finger parts connected only to one busbar electrode and multiple finger parts connected to only another busbar electrode. Solar cell

A photovoltaic module capable of suppressing separation of a tab electrode can be obtained. A solar cell module comprises a solar cell panel and a frame. A holding portion of a frame piece constituting the frame includes: a base extending upper than the panel upper surface of the solar cell panel from a main body portionB and covering a panel side surface; a nail portion extending from the base to the side of the solar cell panel and covering the panel upper surface; a drainage hole formed by notching a part of the base, said part being positioned lower than the panel upper surface; and a water guide portion formed by notching the nail portion from a connection portion.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a photovoltaic module capable of reducing an area occupied by interconnectors. The photovoltaic module of the present invention comprises light-transmitting substrate, strings including a plurality of solar cells interconnected through tab connector, and rear surface member. A plurality of the strings is electrically connected through interconnectors and arranged on a rear surface side so as not to overlap each other. The photovoltaic module is sealed with a sealant between the light-transmitting substrate and the rear surface member.

Solar cell and method for manufacturing solar cell

In a manufacture method for a photovoltaic module, a plurality of strips of resin adhesive film having a desired width and unwound from a single feeding reel is simultaneously pasted on a solar cell. In particular, the manufacture method is implemented by performing the steps of: unwinding a resin adhesive film sheet from a reel on which the resin adhesive film sheet is wound; splitting the unwound resin adhesive film into two or more film strips in correspondence to lengths of wiring material to bond; pasting the strips of resin adhesive film on an electrode of the solar cell; and placing the individual lengths of wiring material on the electrode of the solar cell having the plural strips of resin adhesive film pasted thereon and thermally setting the resin adhesive film by heating so as to fix together the electrode of the solar cell and the wiring material.

Manufacture method for photovoltaic module

An object is to provide a solar cell module capable of reducing warping of each solar cell due to a linear expansion coefficient difference between the solar cell and a wiring line member to prevent damages effectively without raising any cost increase. A solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cells and is constituted by electrically connecting adjacent solar cells to one another by wiring line members, a base material of the wiring line member has a plastic strain of 2% or less in a drawing direction, and the solar cell is constituted of a crystalline wafer having a thickness of 200 microns or less.
