Provided is a combine sensor including a pressure sensor module as a pressure detector, a thermistor unit as a temperature detector, a housing portion housing the temperature detector closer to a flow path than the pressure detector. The temperature detector includes a thermistor case where a first lead and a second lead connected to a thermistor are partially embedded. The thermistor case includes an extension part and a ring part including a flow hole part. The thermistor is supported by the extension part to be arranged outside an opening end. The extension part is provided by being separated into a portion where the first lead is embedded and a portion where the second lead is embedded, along an extending direction of the extension part, and includes a space portion communicating with the flow hole part and the outside.

Combined sensor

An oil temperature sensor includes a sensor body that detects the temperature of oil. The sensor body is formed by covering a thermistor mounted on a first lead frame and a second lead frame with a resin mold portion. The sensor body is fixed to the housing in a manner that the resin mold portion is buried and a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion are partially exposed to space.

Oil temperature sensor

An oil temperature sensor includes a housing assembly in which a lead frame on which a thermistor for detecting a temperature of oil is mounted is integrated with a housing such that a tip-side terminal portion is exposed outward. The housing includes a groove formed linearly into which a cable-attached terminal is inserted. The groove is opened on both sides of the groove in the extending direction and is also opened in one direction crossing the extending direction. A joint terminal portion and a sheath of a cable are partially inserted into the groove.

A mounting structure includes a mounting object member and a liquid level detecting device. The liquid level detecting device includes a device main body which is mounted on a mounting surface of the mounting object member and a holder which is attached to the device main body and is rotated according to a variation of a liquid level of liquid stored in a tank. The mounting object member has a pair of lock portions which lock side portions of the device main body respectively and a pair of projections. The device main body has a pair of hooks. The hooks have respective claws. The hooks are formed closer to the mounting surface in a thickness direction of the device main body than a holder movable area of the device main body.

Mounting structure of liquid level detecting device

A liquid level detecting device includes a sensor housing, a holder which is held rotatably by the sensor housing, a float arm which is fixed to the holder, a float which is attached to a tip portion of the float arm and varies in position following a surface level of liquid stored in a tank, a magnet provided in the holder, and a Hall element which is provided in the sensor housing and detects a displacement of the magnet of the holder. The magnet is a plastic magnet in which magnetic powder and a resin are mixed. A surface of the plastic magnet is coated by a coating layer.

Liquid level detecting device

A current sensor which can measure accurately current of a wide range, at low cost. A C-shaped shield plate is positioned around a flow direction of a current of the bus bar. When the current flows through the bus bar, magnetic flux density of a magnetic field is generated. A magneto-electronic conversion element detects the magnetic flux density of the magnetic field, and converts the magnetic flux density into an electric signal. Furthermore, the magneto-electronic conversion element is arranged near a position where the previously measured magnetic flux density of the magnetic field, which is generated when a current flows through the bus bar, is minimized between the conductor and the shield plate.

Current sensor and molding method thereof

A temperature detection function-incorporating current sensor includes a Hall IC, connector terminals for respectively outputting signals, detected by the Hall IC, to the exterior. The Hall IC includes a magnetism detection portion for detecting a magnitude of a magnetic field, a temperature detection portion for detecting an ambient temperature, and a temperature compensation portion for correcting an error of the magnetism detection portion due to temperature dependency based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection portion. The detection signal of the magnetism detection portion, corrected with respect to the error, and the temperature signal detected by the temperature detection portion are outputted via the connector terminals to the exterior. In this current sensor, it is not necessary to provide an additional temperature detection part, and also it is not necessary to effect an operation for connecting such a part to a board. Therefore, the product can be formed into a compact design and a low-cost design, and can be easily assembled.
