An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection system capable of suppressing an occurrence of distortion in an injector during assembly of components. A fuel injection system () includes: a bracket () which is fixed to a cylinder head () of an engine (); a fuel accumulator () which is supported by and fixed to the bracket () and which accumulates pressure of fuel supplied from a fuel pump; and an injector () which is directly connected to the fuel accumulator () and mounted to the cylinder head () and which injects the fuel, supplied from the fuel accumulator (), into a combustion chamber. At least one of the fuel accumulator () and the bracket () has guide members () which guide the injector () to a mount position on the cylinder head ().

Fuel injection system

Provided is an injector control device which is capable of setting a preceding injection amount to a fuel injection amount that is less than a main injection amount, while suppressing situations where preceding injections executed prior to a main injection in multi-stage injection are eliminated. An injector control deviceincludes: an injection amount setting unitthat sets, as a total injection amount, a total of fuel injection amounts in multi-stage injection in a single cycle, and sets, as a preceding injection amount, a fuel injection amount in a preceding injection executed prior to a main injection in the multi-stage injection; an energization period setting unitthat sets an energization period of an injectorbased on the fuel injection amounts set by the injection amount setting unit; and an injector driving unitthat controls driving of the injectorbased on the energization period set by the energization period setting unit. The injection amount setting unitsets a fuel injection amount that is a predetermined percentage of the total injection amount as the preceding injection amount.

Injector control device

To provide an engine head structure for 'omission or shortening a fuel pipe that withstands a high pressure', 'simplification or omission of a support bracket for a fuel accumulator and/or a fuel injection device', &#x201c;reduction of the number of parts&#x201d; by devising a fuel accumulator and a support structure therefor, and the like. An engine head structure has a support bracket for mounting a fuel accumulator including a joining portion with a fuel injection device on a cylinder head, is disposed on a side of the fuel injection device or between adjacent fuel injection devices. The support bracket includes a member having a mounting portion on which the fuel accumulator is placed and mounted, a mounting leg portion extending from the mounting portion and mounted on the cylinder head, and an aligning leg portion extending from the mounting portion for positioning the support bracket with respect to the cylinder head.

Engine head structure

There is provided an engine equipped with a supercharger that suppresses heat deterioration of engine oil. The engine equipped with a supercharger includes a supercharger; an oil supply passage that supplies engine oil to a shaft bearing part of the supercharger; an oil discharge passage that discharges the engine oil from the shaft bearing part of the supercharger; and a water-cooling-type oil cooler. The water-cooling-type oil cooler is provided in the oil discharge passage, and the engine oil discharged from the shaft bearing part of the supercharger is cooled by the engine cooling water that passes the water-cooling-type oil cooler. The engine cooling water is desirably supplied from the cylinder jacket to the water-cooling-type oil cooler.
