A method for producing a resin syringe includes: a preparation step including: preparing a syringe body made of polyolefin, and preparing an ink comprising components including a volatile solvent that contains a dissolving component for dissolving the polyolefin, chlorinated polypropylene having a degree of chlorination in a range of 15 to 30%, a colorant, and a filler; an application step including applying the ink to at least a part of an outer surface of the syringe body, such that at least a part of the outer surface of the syringe body is dissolved by the dissolving component to form a plurality of recessed portions in the outer surface, each of the plurality of recessed portions is filled with at least one of the components of the ink; and a drying step including drying the applied ink to form a printing layer.

Resin syringe, prefilled syringe, and method for producing resin syringe

A resin syringe includes: a syringe body made of polyolefin, and a printing layer having a shape that extends in a band around an outer surface of the syringe body. The printing layer comprises components including chlorinated polypropylene having a degree of chlorination in a range of 15 to 30%, a colorant, and a filler. A plurality of recessed portions is formed in the outer surface of the syringe body on which the printing layer is printed and the recessed portions form a shape that extends in a band around the outer surface of the syringe body and that is entirely covered by the printing layer. Each of the recessed portions has a depth of 50 nm or more and less than 1 μm and a width of 50 nm or more and less than 1 μm and is filled with at least one of the components of the printing layer.

A syringe includes a syringe outer tube including: a tubular-shaped outer tube main body, a reduced diameter section projecting from a distal end of the outer tube main body, and having a distal end opening that is configured to discharge the liquid from the outer tube main body through the reduced diameter section, and a lock adapter concentrically disposed at an outer circumferential portion of the reduced diameter section and configured to be fixed to a mating member; and a cap mounted on the syringe outer tube and including: a cap main body sealing the reduced diameter section in a liquid-tight manner, the cap main body comprising: a base portion including an opening, and a projection projecting into the opening, and a sealing member disposed in the opening, wherein the projection of the base portion contacts a distal end surface of the sealing member.

A medical device package includes a medical device including a first end surface and a second end surface; and a medical device storage container configured to store the medical device, the medical device storage container including a container main body and a holding unit located in the storage space, and configured to hold the medical device such that the first end surface faces upward; and a sheet-like sealing member adapted to be glued to the container main body to seal an opening of the container main body. A surface of the sealing member that faces the container main body includes an adhesive applied area on which an adhesive is applied and an adhesive non-applied area on which the adhesive is not applied, the adhesive non-applied area being an area facing at least the first end surface of the medical device held by the holding unit.

A syringe includes a syringe outer tube including a tubular-shaped outer tube main body configured to be filled with a liquid, a reduced diameter section located at a distal end of the outer tube main body in a projecting manner, and configured to allow the liquid to pass therethrough, the reduced diameter section having an outside diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the outer tube main body, and a ring-shaped lock adapter concentrically disposed at an outer circumferential portion of the reduced diameter section and configured to fix a mating member connected to the reduced diameter section; and a cap including a cap main body mounted on the syringe outer tube and configured to seal the reduced diameter section in a liquid-tight manner when the cap main body is in a mounted state, a ring-shaped mounting section disposed at a proximal end side of the cap main body and mounted on an outer circumferential portion of the lock adapter, and a breaking section that forms a link between the cap main body and the mounting section and that is configured to release the link by breakage.

A liquid dispensing circuit is provided with: a multi-way cock; a first line; a second line; a third line; a fourth line; a fifth line; and a casing which houses some of the above. When a cock in the multi-way cock is situated in a priming position, a distal opening in a second part of a first flow channel communicates with a first port, and a distal opening in a third part communicates with a second port; thus, the first port and the second port are in an open state wherein the ports are connected to each other via the first flow channel, whereas a third port, a fourth port, and a sixth port are in an open state wherein the ports are connected to one another via a second flow channel.

Liquid dispensing circuit

A syringe includes a syringe outer tube having a spout and a spout-mounted cap. The cap has a cap main body sealing the spout in a liquid-tight manner, a mounting section mounted onto the spout, and a breakable breaking section linking the cap main body and the mounting section to release the link upon breaking. The inner circumferential portion of the mounting section includes protrusions inserted into a groove on the outer circumferential portion of the spout which also has a tilted section tilted relative to the axis of the spout outer circumferential portion. When the cap is rotated along the axial direction of the syringe outer tube, the protrusions move along the tilted section of the groove. The mounting section is thus displaced in the base end direction and the braking section is pulled in the direction and breaks to separate the cap main body from the mounting section.

A multiway cock has a cock body, a cock member, and a cover. The cock body has a circular tube part that has a first portion and a second portion arranged parallel to each other along the axis of the circular tube part. A first port and a second port are formed in the outer periphery of the first portion, and a third port, a fourth port, a fifth port, and a sixth port are formed in the outer periphery of the second portion. The cock member has a barrel part in which a first flow passage and a second flow passage are formed, a lever installation part, and a lever. Opening or closing of the first to sixth ports formed in the first portion and the second portion can be selected by rotating the cock member.

A drug solution injector comprises a needle tube having a sharp needlepoint, a bottomed outer cylinder arranged on the base end side of the needle tube and having an inside space communicable with the inside of the needle tube, a gasket slidable within the outer cylinder, a drug solution in the space formed by the outer cylinder and the gasket, a support member supporting the needle tube and having a flow channel communicating with the inside of the needle tube, an operation mechanism permitting selection between a communicated state wherein the inside of the needle tube and the inside of the outer cylinder communicate with each other through the flow channel and a blocked state wherein the communication is blocked by rotating the support member, and an exposure preventer for preventing exposure of the needlepoint.

Drug solution injector

A medical apparatus includes: a first vessel for supplying a first liquid; a second vessel for supplying a second liquid; a mixing vessel for mixing the first and second liquids; a connector including a first flow passage connected to the first vessel, a second flow passage connected to the second vessel, a third flow passage connected to the mixing vessel and joined to the first flow passage and the second flow passage, and a discharge port which communicates with the third flow passage; and a flow passage opening/closing device provided in the third flow passage at a joint part where the first flow passage and the second flow passage join the third flow passage or at a part on a discharge port side relative to the joint part and which is operative to open/close the third flow passage.

Thiourea derivatives represented by the formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different and each represents a lower alkyl group, or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 taken together represent a group having the formula --(CH.sub.2).sub.x --CHR.sub.3 --(CH.sub.2).sub.y -- in which R.sub.3 represents hydrogen or a lower alkyl group and x and y represent an integer of 0 to 2, respectively, A represents the formula --CH.dbd.CH-- or --CH.dbd.N--, 1 is 1 or 2, m represents an integer of 0 to 2 and n represents an integer of 1 to 5. The thiourea derivatives possess an antiulcer activity and an antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter pyroli and are useful as an antiulcer agent and an antimicrobial agent against Helicobacter pyroli.

Thiourea derivatives represented by the formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different and each represents a lower alkyl group, or R.sub.1 or R.sub.2 taken together represent a group having the formula --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --in which m is 4 or 5, R.sub.3 represents a lower alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group or a group having the formula--(CH.sub.2).sub.l --R.sub.4 in which R.sub.4 is a phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, furyl or thienyl group optionally having 1-3 substituents selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, phenoxy, lower alkylthio, hydroxy, halogen, nitro, cyano and trifluoromethyl, and l represents an integer of 0 to 2 and n represents an integer of 1 to 5 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds of the invention are useful as a therapeutic agent for peptic ulcers which is also effective on prevention of the recurrence after discontinuation of the administration due to the antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter pyroli.
