An injection molding system configured to complete molding by sequential injection molding by a plurality of injection devices, a data acquisition unit is configured to acquire an operation data, a count value of an injection molding number, and identification information of the injection device, and an injection molding number setting unit is configured to set the count number of the injection molding number stored in the injection molding number storing unit of each injection device composing the plurality of the injection devices to be same number, when the injection molding system begins the injection molding.

Injection molding system

In a molding cycle, one process (intermediate process) is provided between an injection process and a packing process, and conditions for switching from the injection process to the intermediate process and switching from the intermediate process to the packing process are set individually. In the intermediate process, an injection pressure is detected and a target pressure is obtained based on the injection pressure. Pressure control in the intermediate process is performed based on the set target pressure.

Suck back is started and a gradient of pressure (an amount of change in resin pressure while a screw or a plunger moves backward by a certain amount) is detected. Whether or not an absolute value of the detected gradient of the pressure is smaller than a reference value set in advance is determined, and it is determined that the reduction of the resin pressure has been completed when the absolute value becomes smaller than the reference value. A screw position at the time of the completion of the pressure reduction is stored and a screw movement amount from a suck back start position to a pressure reduction completion position is displayed on a screen.

The predicted increment in pressure is added to the current injection pressure Pa to determine an injection pressure Pa* predicted when the screw is suddenly decelerated at the current moment. If the predicted injection pressure Pa* exceeds the predetermined limit pressure Pmax, the injection operation is stopped to decelerate the screw.

Pressure abnormality detecting device for injection molding machine

By starting injection, resin pressure in front of the check valve is raised, and the check ring moves backward. Pressure of resin accumulated between flights of the screw prevents the check ring from moving backward, and the screw is kept freely rotatable to thereby make the backward speed of the check ring faster. Therefore, the check ring is brought into tight contact with the check seat quickly to close the resin path. Thereafter, the rotation of the screw is fixed, reduced pressure in the injection/dwell causes the screw to rotate in a normal direction, and prevents the resin from being pressed toward the front of the check valve.

Injection molding machine having a freely rotatable screw

The retraction of the screw is controlled on the basis of the pressure deviation between the set resin pressure and the detected resin pressure. Furthermore, the screw is caused to rotate at a set speed. Moreover, when the deviation between the metering completion position and the current screw retraction position drops to a value that is equal to or less than a set value, control of the retraction of the screw based on the pressure deviation is stopped, and the control is switched to positioning control based on the positional deviation. Furthermore, a screw rotational speed command in which the pressure deviation component between the set resin pressure and the current resin pressure is corrected from the screw rotational speed component that is decelerated in proportion to the positional deviation is determined and output.

Injection molding machine metering and control device

An electric servo motor is controlled through a pressure control loop wherein a control object is the injection mechanism of an electric injection molding machine. A band elimination filter, which attenuates a frequency component of a band with predetermined width to be determined based on the resonance frequency of the control object, is provided in the pressure control loop.
