A wiring member connection structure is provided. The wiring member connection structure includes a flat wiring member formed by covering an outer circumference of a belt-like flat conductor with an insulating coating, a bolt that is erect and bonded perpendicularly to one conductor flat surface of the flat conductor exposed at a terminal of the flat wiring member where the coating is removed, a counterpart wiring member in which a through hole is provided at a terminal of a conductor so as to pass the bolt, and a nut that is screwed on the bolt inserted through the through hole to thereby conductively connect the flat conductor of the flat wiring member directly to the conductor of the counterpart wiring member.

Wiring member connection structure

A wiring member includes a laminated flat conductor and an insulating layer provided around the laminated flat conductor. The laminated flat conductor includes a plurality of flat conductors laid on each other in a thickness direction of the laminated flat conductor, and insulating sheet members each of which is interposed between and electrically insulates adjacent ones of the plurality of flat conductors.

Wiring member, manufacturing method of wiring member, and wiring member connection structure

A wiring member connection structure is provided. The wiring member connection structure includes: a flat wiring member formed by covering an outer circumference of a belt-like flat conductor with an insulating coating; a bolt which is erect and bonded perpendicularly to a conductor flat surface of the flat conductor exposed at an intermediate position of the flat wiring member where the coating is removed; a circuit board that has a connector conductively connected to the bolt through a circuit conductor and that is fastened and fixed to the bolt penetrating the circuit board; and a casing that has a casing bottom wall including a bolt insertion hole through which the bolt is inserted to penetrate the circuit board, and that covers the circuit board so as to expose a connector fitting portion of the connector to the outside.

A routing members connection structure electrically connects a long first trunk routing member which is routed in a vehicle and can transmit power and a first branch routing member routed in the vehicle, can transmit power, and branches off from the first trunk routing member. Each of the first trunk routing member and the first branch routing member has a flat conductor and an insulator that is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the flat conductor. The first trunk routing member has a post-shaped first stud bolt that is made of a metal and extends outward from a first branching portion where the flat conductor is exposed without being covered with the insulator. The flat conductor of the first trunk routing member and the flat conductor of the first branch routing member are electrically connected to each other via the first stud bolt.

Routing members connection structure

A vehicle circuit body includes: a first wiring member including a first power supply line and a first ground line which have high rigidity; and a second wiring member including a second power supply line and a second ground line which have low rigidity. The first wiring member is located at a flat portion of a body panel, and the second wiring member is located at a protruding portion of the body panel protruding toward a cabin side. The second power supply line and the second ground line of the second wiring member have flexibility so as to be deformed along a shape of the protruding portion.

Vehicle circuit body

A grommet is secured to a wire harness inserted in an opening of a panel. The grommet is fitted in the opening and mounted, thereby supporting the wire harness in the panel, The grommet has: partition walls covering the periphery of the wire harness and forming a sound-blocking space around the wire harness; and a sound-insulating wall formed inside the sound-blocking space so as to intersect the longitudinal direction of the wire harness.
