A driving mechanism according to an aspect includes a first pulley configured to rotate around a first axis, a motor configured to rotate the first pulley around the first axis, a second pulley disposed to be separated from the first pulley and configured to rotate around a second axis parallel to the first axis, a first belt laid around the first and second pulleys and configured to transmit power of the motor from the first pulley to the second pully, a third pulley disposed side by side with the second pulley in a direction along the second axis and configured to rotate around the second axis integrally with the second pulley, a fourth pulley disposed to be separated from the third pulley and configured to rotate around a third axis parallel to the second axis, a second belt laid around the third and fourth pulleys and configured to transmit the power of the motor from the third pulley to the fourth pulley, and a first bearing located between the second and third pulleys and configured to support the second and third pulleys.

Driving mechanism and robot

A robot includes a first member having a first mounting surface facing upward and a second member having an opening at an upside of the first member and facing the first member and a second mounting surface at the upside, and a joint actuator coupling the first and second members. The joint actuator has a flange fixed to the second mounting surface, a motor placed at the upside with respect to the flange, and a reducer placed at a downside with respect to the flange, projecting downward from the opening, and fixed to the first mounting surface. The joint actuator is mounted on the second mounting surface from the upside and the reducer is projected downward from the opening, and the flange is fastened to the second member from the upside using first screws and the reducer is fastened to the first member from the downside using second screws.

Robot, attachment method, and detachment method

A robot has a base, a first arm provided at the base and pivoting about a first axis relative to the base, a second arm provided at the first arm and pivoting about a second axis parallel to the first axis relative to the first arm, an inertial sensor provided in the second arm and detecting one or both of an angular velocity about an angular velocity detection axis orthogonal to an axial direction of the second axis and an acceleration in the second axis direction, a pipe located outside of the first arm and coupling the base and the second arm, and a wire placed through the pipe and electrically coupled to the inertial sensor.

Robot and robot system

A robot includes a base, an arm provided on the base, an actuator that drives the arm, a connector to which at least a part of a first wire of another apparatus is connected, and a second wire that connects the actuator and the connector, and the base has a housing having an hole, to which the connector is fixed and a lid covering at least a part of the hole, through which the first wire is inserted.

A robot according to an aspect of the invention includes an enclosure having an opening formed therein, a lid section that is provided on the enclosure in a detachable manner and blocks at least part of the opening, an attachment and detachment section which is provided on the lid section on the side facing the opening of the enclosure and to and from which a replaceable part is attached and detached, and a holding mechanism that allows the enclosure to hold the lid section when the lid section is detached from the enclosure.

Robot

A SCARA robot according to an aspect of the invention includes a first arm rotatable with respect to a base, a second arm rotatable with respect to the first arm, a first rotation regulating member regulating a rotation of the first arm, and a second rotation regulating member regulating a rotation of the second arm. The first arm includes a beam provided inside a casing, at least one of the first rotation regulating member and the second rotation regulating member includes a contact part, a fixing part, and a connecting part.

Scara robot

A jointed arm has an upper arm member joined to a second shoulder member, a first forearm member joined to the upper arm member by a first bending and stretching mechanism, and a wrist member joined to the first forearm member by a second bending and stretching mechanism, the first forearm member has a first turning mechanism that rotates the second bending and stretching mechanism, a hand section is joined to the wrist member by a second turning mechanism, and the rotation axes of the first and second turning mechanisms are offset. The upper arm member has a housing recessed portion that houses part of the first forearm member, part of the first turning mechanism, and part of the second bending and stretching mechanism in a state in which the first forearm member bends toward the upper arm member and the wrist member bends toward the first forearm member.
