A composite laminated sheet comprises a thermoplastic crystalline film and a non-woven fabric having a thermoplastic conjugated fiber comprising the low melting point component and the high melting point component, in which the difference in the melting point between the low melting point component and the high melting point component is not less than 10&deg; C.; the difference in the melting point between the thermoplastic crystalline film and the low melting point component of the conjugated fiber is not more than 30&deg; C.; and the temperature of the position corresponding to 10% of the area from the side of the melting starting point of the endothermic peak of an entire conjugated fiber evaluated by DSC is between the melting starting point and the melting completion point of the endothermic peak of the film evaluated by DSC. According to the present invention, a composite sheet is provided in which a non-woven fabric and a film are adhered without adhesive agents, the appearance is excellent, and the adhesive strength between the non-woven fabric and the film is high. Consequently, the composite sheet of the present invention can be used for a water-proof sheets, for example, paper diapers or sanitary napkins or the like.

A filament non-woven fabric comprises thermally adhesive conjugated filaments comprising a first component that contains not less than 20 weight % of ethylene-acrylic ester-maleic anhydride copolymer and that is formed in at least a part of the filament surface in the longitudinal direction of the filament, and a second component that is a crystalline thermoplastic resin having a melting point higher than that of the first component. At least the first component contains an inorganic powder and the content of the inorganic powder is 500 to 50000 weight ppm with respect to filament. An absorptive article containing a surface material comprising a combined non-woven fabric comprising at least two layers of a long fiber non-woven fabric and a short fiber non-woven fabric joined together and an absorbing body for retaining a body fluid is disclosed in which the short fiber non-woven fabric is composed of hot-melt-adhesive composite short fibers having at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin components of a high melting point component and low melting point component, and the hot-melt-adhesive composite short fibers are hot-melt-adhered together, the crossing angle of the short fibers at least preferably at least 45%, preferably at least 50% of the total contact points in the short fiber non-woven fabric are occupied by an angle of 60.degree. to 90.degree. in the analysis of the distribution of the crossing angle at the contact points of the fibers. Disclosed is a laminated non-woven fabric of a multi-layer structure comprising a layer of a composite, spun bond non-woven fabric composed of long fibers containing a low melting point resin component and a high melting point resin component, and a layer of a non-woven fabric of melt-blow ultrafine mixed fibers comprising low melting point ultrafine fibers and high melting point ultrafine fibers both of the fibers have an average fiber diameter of 10 .mu.m or less, both of the layers are laminated, and fibers in each of the non-woven fabrics and both of the layers are heat-melt adhered with each other. A fiber bundle comprising a plurality of composite fibers spun out of a spinneret is blown against a working net conveyor by a drawing force of a high-speed air stream while the air stream is sucked and removed from below the net conveyor to deposit the fiber bundle on the net conveyor to form a web, and the web is then heat-treated to develop crimps and the fibers thermally adhere together at their points of contact, thereby obtaining a nonwoven fabric, wherein the air stream is blown against the web from below the net conveyor for a time before the heat-treatment, with an intensity sufficient to make the web to float in such a manner that the bottom face of the web rise above the net conveyor by 0.2 to 30 mm.
