A thermoplastic resin composition includes 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a carbon black relative to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, wherein the carbon black is dispersed in the thermoplastic resin composition to have a maximum particle diameter of not greater than 50 &#x3bc;m.

An oscillating actuator is provided which includes a coil-holding member, and a carriage member. The carriage member has a bearing hole and at least one arm, and the at least one arm has a head portion and an intermediate portion arranged between the head portion and the bearing hole. In addition, a thickness of the intermediate portion in a normal direction, perpendicular to a width of the carriage member, is smaller than a thickness of the head portion in the normal direction. The oscillating actuator having this structure exhibits excellent dimensional stability when used in a disk apparatus, and can be produced easily and economically.
