A power supply shutoff device includes a movable section, a driving section, a power supply device, a power distribution section, an electric power supply circuit, and a supply control section. The movable section is configured to travel on a traveling path provided along a board production line in which multiple board work machines, which perform a predetermined board work on a board, are installed side by side. The driving section is provided in the movable section and configured to cause the movable section to travel by using supply electric power supplied from the board work machine with non-contact power feeding. The supply control section is configured to stop a supply of the electric power to the electric power supply circuit when drive electric power for driving the board work machine is shut off in at least one board work machine among the multiple board work machines.

Power supply shutoff device and power supply shutoff method

A control device configured to control a component pickup and mounting operation of a component mounting machine; and multiple devices configured to execute the component pickup and mounting operation are provided. A device out of the multiple devices is attachably and detachably attached to the component mounting machine and includes a field programmable gate array that operates each function of the device by communicating with the control device. The field programmable gate array has a clock gating function of reducing an electric current flowing into the attachable and detachable device by stopping processing on a function that is not used, out of individual functions of the attachable and detachable device, when the attachable and detachable device is in a state capable of being removed by an operator.

Component mounting machine and retry method for picking up components

A component mounting system includes: a mounting line in which multiple component mounting machines, each including a component supply device, are arranged in a predetermined direction; a mobile work device, moving along the predetermined direction, which at least replenishes each of the component mounting machines with the component supply device or recovers the component supply device from each of the component mounting machines, and a management device transmits a signal to the mobile work device via a communication path. There is provided a power supply device for a work unit that supplies power to multiple work units constituting a work device as power supply targets, the device including: a first power supply line through which power supply is stopped when an emergency stop condition is satisfied and a second power supply line through which power supply is not stopped even when the emergency stop condition is satisfied, in which the first power supply line and the second power supply line can be used individually according to a difference in a safety structure of each work unit. According to this, when the emergency stop condition is satisfied, it is possible to reduce the restoration time required when the emergency stop is eliminated while guaranteeing the safety of the entire work device configured by the multiple work units.
