The display system for remote control of a working machine includes a plurality of camera units and an image processing device, both provided on or in a working machine, and a display device and a remote control device, both provided in the remote control side. The display device detects movement of the head of an operator and transmits the detected movement of the head of the operator to the remote control device. The remote control device transmits, to the image processing device over wireless communications, the movement of the head of the operator transmitted from the display device. The image processing device adjusts, for transmission to the display device, parts of left-eye and right-eye panoramic images according to the movement of the head of the operator transmitted from the remote control device.

Display system for remote control of working machine

A construction machine includes an attitude sensor that detects the current attitude of an upper turning body; a reference angular acceleration calculation unit that calculates a reference angular acceleration to be generated when an electric turning motor is driven by a torque command value generated according to the operation amount of an operation part; a reference gravity torque calculation unit that, on the basis of the current attitude and the deviation between an actual angular acceleration, calculates a reference gravity torque; a gravity compensation torque calculation unit that calculates a gravity compensation torque for compensating a torque component generated about the turning axis by the gravity in the current attitude; and a correction unit that corrects the torque command value by using the gravity compensation torque so as to cancel the torque component generated about the turning axis by the gravity in the current attitude.

At least one embodiment may provide a remote server that can determine occurrence of an abnormal condition in a power transmission system without using a threshold value in advance. There may be provided a remote server that receives operating and non-operating information of a working unit, information on a working date, information on a traveling speed, and information on a load factor of an engine, respectively from a combine harvester. The remote server calculates for each predetermined period an average of the engine load factor while the traveling speed is at or above a predetermined traveling speed with all working units in non-operation. If the average during a predetermined period is in a status of a predetermined difference from the average up to the predetermined period, the remote server determines that a moving power transmission mechanism of a traveling system of the combine harvester is in an abnormal condition.

Remote server

There is provided a remote server that receives a machine type, an operating day, a position, a load factor, an engine rotational speed, a traveling speed, and a fuel consumption amount. The remote server identifies a working position based on the position, selects past operating days of an operation status corresponding to a current load factor of the same machine at the same working position, identifies a minimum fuel consumption amount out of fuel consumption amounts corresponding to the selected past operating days, and compares a current fuel consumption amount with the past minimum fuel consumption amount. If the current fuel consumption amount is larger than the past minimum fuel consumption amount, the remote server transmits an engine rotational speed and a traveling speed during a working period of the minimum fuel consumption amount, to a predetermined communication terminal corresponding to information for machine identification.

At least an embodiment may provide a remote server that can predict overheating of an engine. A remote server may receives an engine rotational speed, an engine load factor, and a cooling-water temperature. The remote server calculates a moving average of the engine load factor during a predetermine time, and calculates a correlation between the moving average of the engine load factor and the cooling-water temperature. If the correlation during a predetermined period is in the status of a predetermined difference from the correlation up to the predetermined period, the remote server predicts occurrence of overheating in a swing working vehicle that is used by a user.

A hydraulic stepless transmission having increased layout freedom and a compact structure with the functions of conventional hydraulic stepless transmission retained and having increased easiness of production. In the hydraulic stepless transmission, the movable swash plate (input side swash plate) of a variable displacement plunger hydraulic pump or motor is tilted by a hydraulic servo mechanism. The hydraulic servo mechanism has a power piston connected to one end of the input side swash plate for tilting the swash plate, a servo spool () placed normal to the direction of sliding of the power piston and substantially parallel to the input side swash plate, and a feedback link for connecting the servo spool and the input side swash plate.

Hydraulic stepless transmission

A control apparatus for a tractor or wheel loader includes a speed change sensor that detects the step-on amount of a speed change pedal, an actuator that regulates a swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump based on the detection value of the speed change sensor, a transmission output unit rotation sensor that detects the revolution speed of an output shalt, and a control unit. When the speed change pedal is not stepped on, a braking force is applied to travel wheels and both of a forward drive clutch and a reverse drive clutch are disengaged. When a transmission drive output detected with the transmission output unit rotation sensor is not more than a fixed forward or reverse drive switching speed, either the forward drive clutch or the reverse drive clutch is engaged as the speed change pedal is stepped on.
