A system is provided for setting an appropriate delivery count rank expressing the delivery capability of a deliveryman. There is provided: a storage device that stores a delivery count rank for each deliveryman, a progress flag indicating whether or not each deliveryman is subject to a progress check, and a performance of each deliveryman in a designated period; and rank setting unit that calculates a total undelivered task count and an undelivered task rate on the basis of a total transmitted count and a total actual count included in the storage device, calculates a work attendance rate on the basis of a stipulated number of attendances and an actual number of attendances included in the storage device, and sets a delivery count rank for each deliveryman on the basis of the calculated total undelivered task count, undelivered task rate, work attendance rate, and a progress flag.

In an LP gas delivery business, when the preparation of a delivery list for a next day delivery amount is followed by a delivery operation, a discrepancy is caused between the delivery list and a delivery record. On the other hand, the delivery due date is determined so as to avoid a gas shortage. The delivery prior to the delivery due date has no problem. Thus, the delivery list in the LP gas delivery business is prepared by setting, as data for a next day delivery amount, not data having a delivery due date of a next day but data after &#x3b1; days (e.g., after 2 days).

Delivery prediction system and method accelerated by &#x3b1; days

An error input occurs in the meter indication value input of an LP gas meter. Whether the meter indication value input has an error input or not must be subjected to the determination by a responsible person. Since the meter indication value is used for delivery prediction for example, the business is enormously influenced by the error input. Thus, whether or not the meter indication value is a correct value is determined. When the inputted meter indication value is a correct value, then the meter indication value is stored in a predetermined data region as the latest meter indication value data. When the inputted meter indication value is a false value, the reentry of the meter indication value is prompted and the inputted meter indication value is cleared.

Therefore, problems occur such as increases in workload due to erroneous entry of data and data re-entry, and time lags until inspection results are reflected in the safety management system. By reading a two-dimensional code attached to the main body of LP gas supply facility and consumption facility, the inspection slip (inspection items) related to each safety operation is downloaded to a mobile terminal in real-time at the operating sites, and inspection results are aggregated on a server by data communication.

A delivery server comprises: a reception unit configured to receive sets of meter indication data of a plurality of gas meters; a storage device configured to store the respective sets of meter indication data; a gas usage calculating unit configured to calculate a gas usage on a basis of comparison between corresponding sets of meter indication data; a first rate-of-change calculating unit configured to calculate a rate of change in a past gas usage consumed in each of a plurality of supply facilities on a basis of comparison between a plurality of gas usages in a time of earlier than a meter indication date of the received sets of meter indication data by a predetermined period of time; and a prediction unit configured to modify the gas usage in accordance with the rate of change and predict the modified gas usage as a prospective gas usage to be consumed.
