A battery pack includes a stacked battery and a pair of restraint plates. The stacked battery includes battery cells stacked in a stacking direction parallel to a vehicle up-down direction. At least one of the restraint plates is a specific restraint plate including a first portion and a pair of second portions each having low rigidity against a load input in the stacking direction as compared with the first portion. Each of the second portions is disposed along a direction orthogonal to the specific direction. When viewed from the specific direction, each of the second portions is disposed apart from each other at a location other than a center portion and both end portions of the specific restraint plate.

Battery pack

A battery pack installing a floor of a vehicle includes one or more battery cells, a battery pack case in which the one or more battery cells are disposed, and a cushioning member arranged to be sandwiched between the one or more battery cells and the floor or between the one or more battery cells and the battery pack case, by fixing the battery pack case to the floor. Then, the first cushioning member may be configured such that a first area farther from suspension mounts is configured to a first elastic modulus, and the second area closer to the suspension mounts than the first area is configured to a second elastic modulus lower than the first elastic modulus.

Mounting structure for battery pack in vehicle

A vehicle casing includes a metal frame and a resin cover that covers the metal frame. The resin cover accommodates vehicle components inside the metal frame. The metal frame includes a bearing supporting boss portion that rotatably supports, inside the resin cover, a shaft member that is one of the vehicle components and rotates about a shaft center, and a mount boss portion that is for fixing the vehicle casing to a vehicle body. The bearing supporting boss portion is disposed at a position separate from an inner surface of the resin cover. The resin cover is disposed to cover the entire metal frame except a portion provided with the mount boss portion.

Vehicle casing

A torsional vibration reducing apparatus is provided. The torsional vibration reducing apparatus includes a rotating body having a rolling chamber, and a rolling body including a support shaft portion, a first flange portion, a second flange portion, a first corner portion, and a second corner portion. The support shaft portion is housed in the rolling chamber. The flange portions are located respectively at either end of the support shaft portion in an axial direction. A position defined by the support shaft portion and the first flange portion is the first corner portion, and a position defined by the support shaft portion and the second flange portion is the second corner portion. In a section of the rolling body that is along a central axis of the support shaft portion, sectional shapes of the first corner portion and the second corner portion differ from each other.

Torsional vibration reducing apparatus

An object is to provide a fluid coupling capable of effectively utilizing an internal space of a cover member and of sufficiently exerting a performance of a device damping torsional vibration. In a fluid coupling including a cover member accommodating a fluid, a pump impeller, a turbine runner, a lockup clutch operated by a fluid pressure and selectively connecting the cover member and an output shaft, a damper mechanism having an elastic member, and a pendulum damper having a rotary member rotating integrally with the output shaft and an inertial mass capable of relative rotation with respect to the output shaft, the turbine runner, the damper mechanism, the lockup clutch, and the pendulum damper are arranged in this order in an axial direction of the output shaft inside the cover member.

Fluid coupling

The present invention relates to a torsional vibration damping device in which a contact site with an inertial mass can be lubricated effectively while reducing resistance of the inertial mass to oscillate. The vibration damping device includes a rotary member that is rotated by a torque, and an inertial mass that is oscillated by torque pulses. The inertial mass is held in a chamber formed on the rotary member liquid-tightly together with lubrication oil while being allowed to be oscillated by torque pulses in the rotational direction of the rotary member. An amount of the lubrication oil is adjusted in a manner such that the inertial mass will not be brought into contact with an oil film of the lubrication oil centrifugally adhering to a radially outer section of an inner face of the chamber.

Torsional vibration damping device

A torsional vibration damping device in which a first rolling contact surface that is curved with a center of curvature at a location offset from a rotation center of a rotating body, which rotates upon receiving a torque, is formed along a circumferential direction of the rotating body at a location offset from the rotation center of the rotating body in a radial direction, and which includes the rolling element that is brought into contact with the first rolling contact surface by receiving a centrifugal force resulting from rotation with the rotating body and that rolls along the first rolling contact surface through torsional vibrations of the rotating body is described. The rolling element includes a first rolling element that rolls along the first rolling contact surface and that is formed in a hollow shape, and a second rolling element that is arranged inside the first rolling element such that the second rolling element rolls along a second rolling contact surface formed inside the first rolling element.

To provide a simply-structured vibration damping device having excellent vibration damping capacity. A vibration damping device is configured to damp torsional vibrations of a rotary member of a hydraulic transmission, in which the rotary member is rotated integrally with a drive side impelleror with a driven side impeller, and in which the drive side impellerand the driven side impellerare connected with a lockup clutchactuated by fluid pressure. The vibration damping device comprises: a holding chamberrotated integrally with the driven side impeller; a rolling memberheld in the holding chamber, which is rotated in a rotational direction of the driven side impellerbut allowed to rotate relatively with the driven side impeller; and a movable memberconfigured to lock the rolling memberin the holding chamberwhen actuated by the fluid pressure for disengaging the lockup clutch, and to unlock the rolling memberin the holding chamberwhen actuated by the fluid pressure for engaging the lockup clutch

Vibration damping device

A vibration damping device capable of reducing a change in an order frequency of a reciprocating motion of a pendulum resulting from eccentricity of rotational members therein. The vibration damping device comprises a pendulum damping mechanism having a mass to dampen the torsional vibrations by an oscillating motion thereof resulting from the torsional vibrations. An inertial body is arranged in the prime mover side of the rotary shaft, an elastic damping mechanism is connected with a transmission side of the inertial body in a power transmittable manner, a pendulum damping mechanism is connected with the transmission side of the elastic damping mechanism in a power transmittable manner, and a torque limiter mechanism is connected with the transmission side of the pendulum damping mechanism in a power transmittable manner.
