A robot according to an embodiment includes a first link, a second link, an actuator, and an external gear. The second link is rotatably connected to the first link. The actuator rotationally drives the second link. The external gear is connected to the actuator. The second link includes an internal gear engaged with the external gear.

Robot

A robot according to an embodiment includes a lower arm, an upper arm, a wrist, and an actuator that rotationally drives the wrist. The upper arm is connected to the lower arm rotatably about a first rotation axis. The wrist is connected to the upper arm rotatably about a second rotation axis perpendicular to the first rotation axis. The actuator is disposed so that a rotation axis of the actuator is perpendicular to the second rotation axis and is attached to the upper arm so as to extend in a direction of the first rotation axis.

A robot includes: a stage unit; a rotation base connected to the stage unit in a rotatable manner around a predetermined rotating axis; an arm unit connected to the rotation base and having a base end rotatable around a first rotation axis that is substantially orthogonal to the rotating axis; a first attachment unit provided to the rotation base, arranged in an outside, in a rotation radius direction, of the rotation base and nearer to the stage unit than the first rotation axis, and formed so that one part of a balancer is attached thereto; and a second attachment unit provided to the arm unit and formed so that another part of the balancer is attached thereto.

A robot includes: a stage unit; a rotation base connected to the stage unit in a rotatable manner around a predetermined rotating axis; an arm unit connected to the rotation base and having a base end rotatable around a first rotation axis that is substantially orthogonal to the rotating axis; a balancer connected to both the rotation base and the arm unit; and a cable arranged along the arm unit outside the balancer while supported by that balancer.

A robot according to embodiments includes a first link, a second link, an actuator, a scissors gear, and a support part. The second link is rotatably connected to the first link. The actuator drives the second link in a rotatable manner. The scissors gear includes a main gear and a sub gear, and outputs driving force from the actuator to the second link. The support part is attached to the first link and rotatably supports the scissors gear. Furthermore, the scissors gear includes a spring that is arranged adjacent to the support part in the direction of the rotational axis of the scissors gear and applies biasing force to the main gear and the sub gear in rotational directions different from each other.

A painting system according to the embodiments includes a painting booth surrounded by a ceiling and a sidewall, a conveyor line that is arranged in the painting booth and conveys an object to be painted, and a painting robot that performs painting on the object. The painting robot includes a base portion fixed on the sidewall side in the painting booth, and an arm portion that is connected to the base portion and has a seven-axis configuration.

Painting system

A painting robot includes a fixing unit fixed to a sidewall of a painting booth; a swivel unit provided to swivel with respect to the fixing unit; an arm provided to the swivel unit; and a painting gun provided in a tip end portion of the arm. The fixing unit includes a fixing surface fixed to the sidewall of the painting booth; and a cable lead-in portion provided on the fixing surface to lead a cable into the painting robot therethrough.

Painting robot and painting system

A painting system includes a conveyor, a first travel guide rail, a second travel guide rail, a painting robot, and an opener robot. The conveyor is configured to convey in a paint booth an article to be painted. The first travel guide rail is provided at a side of the conveyor to extend along the conveyor. The second travel guide rail is provided at a side of the conveyor to extend along the conveyor above the first travel guide rail. The painting robot is mounted on the first travel guide rail to be movable along the first travel guide rail. The opener robot is mounted on the second travel guide rail to be movable along the second travel guide rail. The painting robot and the opener robot are movable along the first travel guide rail and the second travel guide rail respectively without interfering with each other.

A robot includes a plurality of motors that drive respective joint shafts and gas-tight chambers in which the motors are disposed. The robot is placed in a second ambience, and at least one of the joint shafts is provided with a hollow motor integrated with a reduction gear.

Robot with internal pressure explosion-proof structure

An internal pressure explosion-proof system is provided that is capable of detecting high-pressure abnormality of an internal pressure explosion-proof mechanism, urging a check of gas/air apparatus by providing a means for notifying a user of abnormality, and decreasing excessive pressure of an internal pressure chamber. A high-pressure abnormality detector and a pressure regulating valve are provided in an air discharging portion for releasing the gas/air discharged from the internal pressure explosion-proof mechanism. The working pressure of the high-pressure abnormality detector is set to be lower than the working pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The high-pressure abnormality detector sends a signal when the pressure becomes higher than the set pressure to make the alarm give a warning and makes the open valves open to decrease the pressure of the internal pressure chamber of the internal pressure explosion-proof mechanism which became excessive.
