In a mood analysis method using an electrocardiogram of a user, RR intervals in the electrocardiogram are computed, and low-frequency (LF) values and high-frequency (HF) values are also computed according to the RR intervals. Standard values of sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activity and parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS) activity are acquired corresponding to age and sex data of the user, to establish a mood display coordinate system. Coordinates of the LF values and the HF values in the mood display coordinate system are computed to determine a mood of the user.

An electronic device includes a housing, a support board rotatably retained in the housing to support the electronic device after the support board rotates relative to the housing, a rotation module. The support board includes a main body and a sleeve formed at an end of the main body, the sleeve includes a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The rotation module includes a hinge and a shaft, the shaft rotatably retains the first end to the housing, the hinge rotatably hinges the second end to the housing.

A latching mechanism for a portable electronic device includes a frame, at least one elastic member, a latching member and a button. The frame defines a chamber. The latching member includes a protruding block and a matching body having a slanted plane. The button includes a resisting portion. The elastic member, the latching member and the button are received in the chamber, the elastic member resists against the latching member, the protruding block extends out from the chamber, the resisting portion of the button engages with the slanted plane, the latching member slides when pressing the button and the protruding block can withdraw into the chamber.

A first magnetic member is positioned in a portion of the battery. The battery latching assembly includes a second magnetic member and a resilient member. The second magnetic member is opposite to the first magnetic member. The resilient member resists the second magnetic member.
