A steam turbine includes a rotor shaft, a casing disposed so as to cover the rotor shaft and having a shaft penetration part through which the rotor shaft passes, and a casing support extending axially toward an inner side of the casing through an outer surface of the casing at a periphery of the shaft penetration part and supporting the casing.

Steam turbine

A rotary machine includes: a casing; a rotor that includes a rotatable rotary shaft located inside the casing, and a plurality of stages of impellers fixed to an outer periphery of the rotary shaft; a diaphragm group including diaphragms that are respectively provided in the plurality of stages of the impellers; gas flow paths provided respectively corresponding to the impellers and through which process gas to be compressed flows; and a discharge volute connected to the gas flow paths. The discharge volute is provided to expand inward in an axis line direction of the casing.

Fluid device

An impeller includes a disk formed in a disk shape about an axis, and a plurality of blades provided at intervals in a circumferential direction on one side in the axial direction of the disk. The blades define a flow path extending from one side in the axial direction toward a radial outer side and include a low-rigidity region and a high-rigidity region. The low-rigidity region has an inlet, an outlet of the extending region of the flow path, a relatively small plate thickness, and has a relatively small inclination angle with respect to the disk. The high-rigidity region adjacent to the low-rigidity region has a relatively large plate thickness, and a relatively large inclination angle with respect to the disk.

Impeller and centrifugal compressor

A turbine rotor blade assembly in which values A, CF, T, and L are set to satisfy the following expression in two-dimensional coordinates, 1.2&#xd7;10&#x2264;(A&#xd7;CF)/(T&#xd7;L)&#x2264;17&#xd7;10, where (A&#xd7;CF)/(T&#xd7;L) is an expression (1), A is an arm length [mm] of each of turbine rotor blades, CF is centrifugal force [kgf] occurring on each of the turbine rotor blades, T is a thickness [mm] of each of shrouds, and L is a lap amount [mm] of the shrouds adjacent to each other.

Turbine rotor blade assembly

A centrifugal compressor according to the present invention includes, as gas flow paths, diffuser flow paths into which process gas flowing from impellers to outside in a radial direction flows, curved flow paths that respectively communicate with the diffuser flow paths and change a flowing direction of the process gas from a direction toward the outside in the radial direction to a direction toward inside in the radial direction, and return flow paths that respectively communicate with the curved flow paths and cause the process gas flowing through the curved flow paths to flow into the impellers. In the present invention, the curved flow path configuring at least one of the gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm and a flow path forming body that is provided between the diaphragm and the casing.

The shroudof the present invention includes a first contact end partthat comes into contact with an adjacent shroud adjacent to one end side in a circumferential direction, a second contact end partthat comes into contact with an another adjacent shroud adjacent to the other end side in the circumferential direction, and a main body part disposed between the first and second contact end partsand. One or both of the first and second contact end partsandare lower in rigidity than the main body part.
