A control device for an automatic transmission includes: a failure diagnosis section for diagnosing whether or not a failure has occurred in a shift control system of the automatic transmission; a fail-safe control section for fixing the automatic transmission into a predetermined gear position in response to confirmation of the failure of the shift control system of the automatic transmission; and an oil temperature rise regulation torque reduction control section for outputting a torque reduction request to suppress torque of a vehicle driving source, based on temperature of transmission operating oil of the automatic transmission, and outputting the torque reduction request in response to satisfaction of an oil temperature condition that is set lower in oil temperature when the automatic transmission is fixed in a first gear position by the fail-safe control section than when the automatic transmission is not fixed in the first gear position.

Control device for automatic transmission

Control device for continuously variable transmission () with auxiliary transmission having variator (); hydraulic pressure control circuit () having primary pressure solenoid (); and transmission ratio controller () controlling the transmission ratio of variator () by feedback control. The transmission ratio controller () has a high limiter control unit (FIG.) that, when receiving a high transmission ratio limiting request, performs a high limiter control that limits the transmission ratio to a High limit line. The transmission ratio controller () also has a primary pressure lower limit regulation control unit (FIG.) that, when operation of the high limiter control is started during a time period when the transmission ratio is present at a High transmission ratio side with respect to the high limit transmission ratio, regulates a decrease of a primary command pressure to the primary pressure solenoid up to a High limiter-operated final target primary lower limit pressure.

CVT controller further has first belt clamping force increase unit increasing belt clamping force in case where road is judged to be bad road, as compared with case where road is not judged to be bad road; vibration detection unit detecting vehicle speed vibration fvsp; and second belt clamping force increase unit increasing belt clamping force when &#x394;vfr is second value &#x394;vfr_psec or greater or when fvsp is third value fvsp_psec or greater in case where road is not judged to be bad road, as compared with case where &#x394;vfr is less than &#x394;vfr_psec and case where fvsp is less than fvsp_psec.

A control device for a continuously variable transmission includes a wheel speed difference sensing section configured to sense a wheel speed difference between the driving wheel and the driven wheel from a detection value of the first rotation speed sensor and a detection value of the second rotation speed sensor; and a clamping force increasing section configured to increase a clamping force for sandwiching a belt of the continuously variable transmission by a pulley when the wheel speed difference becomes equal to or greater than a first predetermined value, relative to a case where the wheel speed difference is smaller than the first predetermined value.

Controller for continuously variable transmission

Engine output control apparatus has shift range detecting section detecting shift range of automatic transmission; vehicle speed detecting section detecting vehicle speed; engine output state detecting section detecting engine output state; and controller. The controller performs (a) judgment control judging that torque converter is in a stall state if following judgment conditions (i) to (iii) are satisfied, (i) shift range is drive range, (ii) vehicle speed is equal to or less than predetermined vehicle speed, (iii) engine is in a high output state, (b) cumulation control cumulating a period of agreement of the judgment conditions if the judgment conditions are satisfied, and (c) output suppression control suppressing output of the engine if a control start condition is satisfied by cumulation of the agreement period. The control start condition is set so that as the vehicle speed becomes higher, start of the output suppression control is more delayed.

Output control apparatus of engine

A transmission controller determines whether an oil temperature in the CVT is higher than a high oil temperature control starting temperature or not. If it is determined that the oil temperature is higher than the high oil temperature control starting temperature, a first oil temperature lowering processing which limits an input rotation speed of the CVT by changing a speed ratio of the CVT smaller is executed. If the input rotation speed of the CVT reaches a predetermined lower limit rotation speed during execution of the first oil temperature lowering processing, the first oil temperature lowering processing is ended and a second oil temperature lowering processing that limits a torque of an engine is executed.
