The present invention pertains to a seat slide device having: a lower rail fixed above a floor and extending in one direction; an upper rail connected to a seat and capable of moving along the lower rail; a drive pulley connected to a drive source and attached to the seat or the upper rail; an ended belt wound on the drive pulley so that one surface contacts the drive pulley, both ends of the ended belt being fixed to the floor or the lower rail; and a first and second pressing member attached to a position on the floor side of the seat or the upper rail closer than the drive pulley, each pressing member contacting the other surface of the ended belt, and the first pressing member, the drive pulley, and the second pressing member being disposed in the stated order along the one direction.

Seat slide device

A seat slider device may include an upper rail; a lower rail slidably holding the upper rail; a bolt fixing the lower rail to a vehicle body; a washer through which the bolt passes; and a retainer retaining the bolt to the lower rail before the lower rail is fixed to the vehicle body with the bolt. The lower rail may include a bottom plate; a pair of outer vertical plates extending upward respectively from ends of the bottom plate; a pair of upper plates horizontally extending respectively from upper ends of the outer vertical plates to an inside of the lower rail; and a pair of inner vertical plates extending downward respectively from inner ends of the upper plates. The retainer may be arranged in the lower rail and configured to retain the bolt with the bolt through the washer and the through hole.

Seat slider device

A seat slider device may include: a lower rail attached to a body of a vehicle; and an upper rail attached to a seat and slidable with respect to the lower rail. The upper rail may include: a roller or a slider piece being in contact with a bottom plate of the lower rail; and a protrusion supporting the roller or the slider piece. The protrusion may be integrated with the upper rail.

A seat slider device may include a lower rail attachable to a body of a vehicle; a belt arranged along a longitudinal direction of the lower rail and having both ends thereof fixed; and an upper rail attachable to a seat, slidably engaging with the lower rail, and including an actuator configured to feed the belt. The actuator may be configured to apply a drive force on a lower surface of the belt.

A seat slide device that can change sliding resistance when a seat is made to slide in accordance with a situation is provided. A seat slide device includes a lower rail fixed to a floor of a vehicle and an upper rail fixed to a seat of the vehicle and supported to be movable with respect to the lower rail. On the upper rail, a sliding member in contact with the slid surface of the lower rail from above is provided and configured such that the sliding resistance borne by the sliding member when the upper rail is moved is changed by a load in a vertical direction borne by the seat.

A seat slide device that can adjust sliding resistance of sliding of an upper rail with respect to a lower rail in an unlock state is provided. The seat slide device is provided in a vehicle and includes a lower rail fixed to a floor of a vehicle, an upper rail fixed to a seat of the vehicle and supported to be capable of sliding with respect to the lower rail, a lock mechanism configured to switch a lock state in which movement of the upper rail is restricted and an unlock state in which the movement of the upper rail is allowed, and an adjusting mechanism configured to adjust sliding resistance of sliding of the upper rail with respect to the lower rail in the unlock state.

There is provided a seat slide device capable of stably holding a position of an upper rail as well as a position of a seat. An upper rail () has an inclined section () obliquely formed so as to approach an inner surface of a lower rail () as going rearward. A displacement member () has an abutting section () disposed so as to abut on the inner surface of the lower rail () and an inclined section (). The abutting section () abuts on the inclined section () by rearward urging to the displacement member () by a tension coil spring (). The inclined section () converts urging force received from a tension coil spring () through the abutting section () into force in such a direction as to abut on the inner surface of the lower rail () to apply the force to the abutting section (), and the abutting section () is made to abut on the inner surface of the lower rail () at a time of locking and at a time of unlocking of a lock member ().
