There is provided a die plate, a resin machine, and a method of heating nozzles of the die plate that can suppress temperature unevenness of the nozzles and increase the temperature rise performance of the nozzles. The die plate includes a nozzle group including a plurality of nozzles through which molten resin passes, and a heating medium guidance part that guides a heating medium for heating a nozzle wall of each nozzle. The heating medium guidance part includes an inlet that receives the heating medium, an outlet that discharges the heating medium from a heating medium channel, and a guidance wall that defines a heating channel that causes the inlet and the outlet to be in communication with each other together with an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle wall of each of the plurality of nozzles.

This pelletizer apparatus includes an observation unit for observing, from the outside of a housing chamber, a cut section of a synthetic resin cut by cutting teeth inside the housing chamber. In order to highly precisely adjust a gap between a bearing and a gear rotor by a simple configuration, a gear pump of the present invention includes: a casing that includes an inlet and an outlet; a pair of gear rotors each of which is formed by integrating a gear portion with a shaft portion and which is disposed so as to engage with each other inside the casing; a bearing portion that supports the shaft portion so that the gear rotor is rotatable, the bearing portion being movable in the thrust direction of the gear rotor; and a gap adjustment unit that moves the bearing portion in the thrust direction so as to adjust a gap between the gear rotor and the bearing portion.

The present invention provides kneading/extruding equipment capable of stable operation by keeping the pressure of kneaded material before a first-stage gear pump in steady operation (molding) and preventing fluctuation of the pressure of kneaded material before the first-stage gear pump constant from largely affecting the pressure of kneaded material before a latter-stage gear pump at start-up or upon change of production rate, and thus capable of responding to an increase in production rate while securing a high-quality molded product, and an operation control method thereof. A die for an underwater cutting type pelletizer, the die including a die orifice part in which a thermoplastic resin is inhibited from solidifying within the die orifices. The die can have a reduced difference in temperature between the die orifice part and an inner periphery-side fixing part for fixing the die orifice part to a mixer/extruder, and can thereby inhibit the generation of thermal stress. The die is characterized by being equipped with a heating jacket for heating the inner periphery-side fixing part, the heating jacket being disposed within the inner periphery-side fixing part along an inner annular passage formed within either the die orifice part or the inner periphery-side fixing part or both along the boundary between the die orifice part and the inner periphery-side fixing part.

In a resin granulating apparatus of the present invention, a bracket extending in the outward radial direction over an outer peripheral surface of a sleeve is provided for the sleeve for rotatably supporting a cutter shaft of a cutter for shearing a material extruded from a die. Stopper means cooperating with the bracket to regulate movement of the sleeve toward the die and moving a regulation position in the axial direction is provided on the radially outer side over an outer diameter of the sleeve. With such a configuration, installation space is compactified so as to additionally provide the stopper means in the existing facilities, and a position of the cutter relative to a die surface is precisely adjusted so as to stably produce a pellet of a best shape.
