Provided is a plant operation support apparatus including a plant simulator, a predictor, and a predicted KPI deriver. The plant simulator simulates a state at a current time or a predetermined time of a plant based on information obtained from the plant, to output an estimated value at the current time or the predetermined time of process data in the plant. The predictor predicts a state at a predetermined future time of the plant based on the estimated value and outputs a predicted value of the process data in the plant. The predicted KPI deriver derives a predicted KPI which is an index for monitoring the state at the future time of a task to be monitored in plant operation based on the predicted value.

Stent graft indwelling device and fixed chip

A stent formed in a shape of a generally tubular body having a central axis. The stent has a spring function with which the tubular body is diameter-contractible toward the central axis, and the tubular body is expandable to an initial diameter after contraction. The stent maintains a configuration curved along a longitudinal direction of the stent when the stent is not inserted in a sheath. The stent is elongated in a form of a generally straight line along the longitudinal direction when the stent is inserted into the sheath. The stent, being housed in a sheath in the form of a generally straight line, is inserted into a diseased part together with the sheath, is released from the sheath, and radially expands, outwardly after release, to restore and maintain a configuration curved along the longitudinal direction of the stent.

Stent and stent graft

A stent locating device that includes leading wires, a pushing rod for holding the leading wires, and a sheath for loading the pushing rod. The pushing rod includes inner and outer tubes. The inner tube is used as a guiding wire channel. An annular portion between the inner and outer tubes is used as a leading wire channel. The pushing rod may be a single tube having a hollow portion that is used as a guiding wire channel and a plurality of leading wire channels arranged in the body thereof at regular intervals circumferentially. The pushing rod may have a plurality of leading wires, crossing leading wires, or a combination of leading wires and auxiliary leading wires which are distributed at regular intervals circumferentially and are derived from the tip of a leading wire channel(s).

An endoscope apparatus has a side view endoscope for side viewing an object in a radial direction of a distal end constitutional portion and a balloon catheter . With an insert portion of a side view endoscope inserted in an insert tube of the balloon catheter , the balloon catheter is inserted into a blood vessel B. The insert tube is provided at its distal end with a transparent balloon . This balloon encloses the distal end constitutional portion . By feeding air (fluid) to this balloon , the balloon is expanded so as to be urged against an inside wall of the blood vessel B. This causes the blood to be discharged between the inside wall of the blood vessel B and the balloon , thus enabling to observe the inside wall of the blood vessel B through the side view endoscope

Manipulation of the support wires,pushes the stent proper,into a blood vessel from within the catheter, thereby allowing it to expand there, and then contracts and retracts the stent proper,into the catheter,, repeatedly.
