An electrical connecting box suitable to widely-ranging temperature conditions from high temperature to low temperature inside the engine room of a vehicle is described, having a printed circuit boardand a first protecting memberand a second protecting memberhousing the printed circuit board in a sandwich state. In this electrical connecting box an extended portionbeing a part of electrical parts is formed upon a board surfaceon the side of the first protecting member of the printed circuit board. Additionally, first pillar portionsand a second pillar portionare formed upon the inside surface of the first protecting member facing one side of the board surfaces, and a tipand a tipof these pillar portions, according to bending of the first protecting member, can be in either a contacted state or a spaced state with respect to the board surfaceor, alternatively, a projecting bodyfixed to the board surface. When the first pillar portions are contacting the one side of the board surfaces, there is a gap between the extended portion and the inside surface of the first protecting member such that they do not interfere with each other.

Electrical connecting box and method for protecting printed circuit board and mounted parts inside the electrical connecting box

This method includes punching a bus-bar pattern out of a conductive metal sheet. A bus bar terminal piece is punched out of the remaining material in the conductive metal sheet. An electric connecting apparatus provides electrical connection of two electric components by fitting a plurality of male terminals into mating female terminals. If the male terminals have different lengths, for example, the male terminals are fitted into the female terminals in an order of a longer one to a shorter one. In this case, the inserting force that is needed for the entire array of male terminals at the time the two electric components are connected together does not reach a peak at one time, but the inserting forces for the individual male terminals reach peaks one after another. This can permit the two electric components to be connected together with a less labor.

Electric connecting apparatus for electrically connecting two electric components

A bus-bar wiring board of the present invention comprises a bus-bar pattern for electric wiring formed to a predetermined shape and a bus-bar piece formed as a separate piece from the bus-bar pattern and electrically connected and secured to the bus-bar pattern. The pattern and the piece preferably are sheet metal. The pattern is bordered by a rectangular outline with a vacant space, and the piece is congruent with the vacant space. The pattern and the piece preferably are fastened by an interfitted projection and recess. The fastened combination extends outside of the outline.

Bus bar wiring board and method of producing the same

An electric connection box of the present invention comprises an upper case, a lower case fitting with the upper case, a connector housing connecting with a connector from the outside, one or a plurality of bus-bars each arranged sandwiched between the upper case and the lower case and having a terminal portion comprised of a plurality of terminal pieces positioned arranged in parallel inside the connector housing and a bus-bar body integrally formed with the terminal portion, and an insulator provided at least between the plurality of terminal pieces to connect and secure the terminal pieces to each other, by which insulator the narrow width terminal pieces are connected with each other and disturbance of the pitch or deformation is prevented.

Electric connection box

An electrical connection box has electronic components mounted therein and includes a heat pipe for radiating heat generated from the electronic components to the outside. The heat pipe has a heat absorbing portion inside the connection box and a heat radiating portion outside the connection box. The heat pipe is formed of an electrically conductive material, and an electrically conductive heat collecting member is provided for collecting the heat generated from the electronic components. The heat absorbing portion of the heat pipe is connected to the heat collecting member, and a grounding current is supplied to the heat pipe and the heat collecting member.
