A method, computer system, and a computer program product for message directing are provided. A first computer receives a registration of members organized into a first closed group hierarchy. The first computer receives a notification of a sensed change of an element in an environment of the first closed group hierarchy. The first computer receives a first message from an external device. The first message relates to the changed element. The first computer selects a first member of the first closed group hierarchy for receipt of the first message. The selecting is based on message routing guidelines established for the first closed group hierarchy. In response to receiving the notification of the sensed change, the first computer transmits the first message to the selected first member of the first closed group hierarchy.

A method, system and apparatus for providing edge data correctness and correctness spread determination, including identifying an incorrectness bias in data received at an edge server of a network through a filter with filter rules, performing corrective measures to the data according to the incorrectness bias that is identified, and learning and automatically updating the filter rules of the filter based on an extent of the incorrectness bias of the data and spread of the incorrectness bias of the data to reduce latency in future data validation of the data.

Promotional offers are offered to telecom subscribers in roaming network areas by recording promotional preferences of subscribers for receiving promotional calls, forwarding subscriber information from a local network telecom service provider to a roaming network service provider, and measuring with the roaming network telecom service provider the subscribers that are present within a roaming network geography. The subscribers can then be ranked by their duration within the roaming network geography, and promotional pools can be generated for the subscribers within the roaming network based on their preferences. Promotional offers can then be matched to the subscribers in the promotional pools based using the ranking of subscribers and the promotional preferences.

Matching promotions to telecom user preferences using artificial intelligence

Message delivery in cellular roaming scenarios involves a user device activated with a home telecommunications service provider (TSP) that provides cellular service to the user device. The user device is located in a remote location and the user device is activated with a remote TSP providing roaming cellular service to the user device in a remote location on a cellular network of the remote TSP. A process includes, based on the user initiating a transaction with a remote application server that requires user authentication based on delivery of a transactional text message, receiving from the remote application server the transactional text message, encrypting the transactional text message to produce an encrypted transactional text message, and forwarding the encrypted transactional text message to the remote TSP for delivery as a short message service (SMS) text to the user device in the remote location via the cellular network of the remote TSP.

Message delivery in cellular roaming scenarios

A learning model is created using a computer which includes receiving input from a user. The learning model includes comparing the input to the knowledge area in a knowledge database to assess a level of proficiency on topics within the knowledge area. The learning model includes determining topics of knowledge within the knowledge area where a user currently meets a proficiency threshold for one or more topics. A work topic is identified within the knowledge area where the user does not meet the proficiency threshold. Study material is presented to the user for the work topic of the knowledge area using an interactive mechanism. Feedback is received regarding the study material for the work topic from the interactive mechanism from the user. The learning model includes evaluating the feedback from the user to determine a score which indicates when the user meets a proficiency threshold for the work topic.

Embodiments relate to a system, computer program product, and method for smart storage units using Internet of things (IoT) technology, and, more specifically, for substantially end-to-end autonomous management of consumable commodities. The system includes a robot including one or more external lighting devices and a storage unit comprising a cap and a container portion, the cap is coupled to the container portion and is communicatively coupled to the robot. The cap includes one or more external energy collection devices configured to receive light energy from the one or more external lighting devices. The cap also includes a first processing device electrically coupled to the one or more external energy collection devices. The first processing device is configured to collect data associated with an inventory of the contents of the container portion and transmit the inventory data to the robot.

Internet of things-based smart storage units

Origin information for promotional calls is provided by recording caller numbers for parties making the promotional calls; and receiving subscriber numbers for receiving the promotional calls. The subscribers numbers are stored in a database that also includes approved content for the promotional calls to be received by the subscriber. Caller numbers and approved content are matched for the subscriber with a call scrubber including a disturbed ledger. The distributed ledger recording a caller designation attached to the caller numbers indicative of a type for the promotional call. A promotional call is received by the subscriber. The caller identification for the subscriber indicates both the caller numbers and the caller designation that is indicative of the type for the promotional call.

Identifying caller details for promotional voice communication

Presentation of multimedia content comprising at least one advertisement and at least a portion of metadata pertaining to the at least one advertisement is detected. A spoken utterance of a user is detected. A computer-understandable meaning of the spoken utterance by performing natural language processing on the spoken utterance. Whether the spoken utterance pertains to a product or service indicated in the at least one advertisement can be determined by comparing the computer-understandable meaning of the spoken utterance to the at least the portion of metadata pertaining to the at least one advertisement and whether the computer-understandable meaning of the spoken utterance indicates that the user chooses to order the product or service indicated in the at least one advertisement can be determined. If both determinations are affirmative, an order for the product or service indicated in the at least one advertisement can be automatically placed.

In an approach to fire prediction, a layout and model of an electrical system is created. Data from one or more sensors in the electrical system is received. One or more peak temperatures and one or more steady-state temperatures for the electrical system are calculated based on data from the sensors. Whether at least one of the peak temperatures or steady-state temperatures exceeds a threshold is determined. Responsive to determining that at least one of the peak temperatures or steady-state temperatures exceeds a threshold, an alarm is signaled. The model of the electrical system sensors is recalibrated based on the data from the sensors.

Aspects of the present invention disclose a method for delivering an artificial intelligence-based response to a voice command to a user. The method includes one or more processors identifying an audio command received by a computing device. The method further includes determining a first engagement level of a user, wherein an engagement level corresponds to an attentiveness level of the user in relation to the computing device based at least in part on indications of activities of the user. The method further includes identifying a first set of conditions within an immediate operating environment of the computing device, wherein the first set of conditions indicate whether to deliver a voice response to the identified audio command. The method further includes determining whether to deliver the voice response to the identified audio command to the user based at least in part on the first engagement level and first set of conditions.

Artificial intelligence based response to a user based on engagement level

An approach is provided for managing a usage of a camera. Based on a second location of the camera being determined to match a first location associated incidents of camera usage that caused harm, the camera is determined to be at a location of concern. The user is notified about the location of concern by a rule-specified, highlighted boundary in a pre-captured first image on the camera display. A person in a pre-captured second image is determined to be within the boundary. The usage of the camera by the user is determined to likely cause a danger to the person. Based on the person being within the boundary and the usage of the camera being likely to cause the danger, a functionality of the camera is disabled so that the camera is not able to capture an image.

Managing camera usage with warnings and/or disablement

A method in which a user's location with respect to a border is received and if the user is likely to cross the border, a responsive action may be taken automatically and by machine logic. Further, items in the user's possession may be received along with a data set indicating that an item in a first entity is not permitted in a second entity. If it is determined that the user is likely to cross the border with the not permitted item, a notification may be sent to a device of the user that the item is not permitted in the second entity.

Alerting an individual in proximity to a border

A method, system and program for producing an interactive three-dimensional holographic image, including the steps of generating, by one or more processors of a computer system, a virtual object and assigning physical properties to the virtual object using metadata. Signals are received from a virtual tool to determine a position of the virtual tool. Interactive force between the virtual tool and the virtual object are calculated based on the signals from the virtual tool and the position of the virtual tool. A modified virtual object is generated based on the interactive forces and the physical properties, and the modified virtual object is displayed as a holographic image. The system may also determine a force feedback according to the position of the virtual tool in relation to the virtual object, send the force feedback to a user through a haptic interface device; and update the force feedback according to movement of the virtual tool in real space.

Method and system for generating a holographic image having simulated physical properties

Vehicle positioning in a parking area is provided by obtaining vehicle information of vehicles for positioning in the parking area, identifying unutilized parking space in the parking area, then based on recognizing a vehicle movement event, determining an optimized layout for the vehicles, the optimized layout including position for each vehicle of the vehicles, the vehicle movement event including (i) actual or anticipated arrival of an arriving vehicle to be positioned in the parking area or (ii) actual or anticipated departure of a departing vehicle departing from the parking area, and positioning one or more vehicles of the vehicles to conform to the determined optimized layout, the positioning including automatically controlling movement of at least one autonomous vehicle of the one or more vehicles and repositioning a vehicle, of the one or more vehicles, that is a different vehicle than the arriving vehicle or departing vehicle.

Optimizing space utilization

A system for forming panoramic video that includes a server programmed to gather a plurality of videos of a predetermined event. The server is also programmed to extract metadata from the plurality of videos and determine the focus plane of each of the plurality of videos. The server is further programmed to plot a possible panoramic video path across some or all of the plurality of videos using the focus planes of the plurality of videos and at least two locations selected by a user. The server is programmed to then stitch some or all of the plurality of videos together to form a panoramic video based on the video path.
